Thoroughly impressed! When my daughter opened her award she instantly began to cry and was speechless!! The workmanship is stellar and the weight of the award is heavier than expected. The customer service and communication was great making the entire process easy. The box it came in was really nice and the packaging ensured a safe delivery. It’s beautiful and we love it!!

Absolutely beautiful gift! We are so happy with how this turned out. The best part is being able to design it online as you write the personalization you can see exactly what the product will look like! Amazing!

The product was very pretty except for the fact that the lettering could be more noticeable against the clear glass background.
