I have been a repeat customer for D'iyanu and I have to say, this company gets it right!

The products look and feel pristine. They promote customer engagement via giving constant discounts and loyalty points.

There customer service is reliable and amazing. I have completed a total of two exchanges and a refund. Every-time they were responsive and honored their word.

I recommend this business to everyone looking to enjoy some lounge-wear.

Disappointed. I purchased the Sekaia Women's African Print Button-Up Vest in small and the material and fit were pretty terrible. The print is cute, but that's about the extent of the positives. It looks very cheaply made. I'm going to have to get the sides hemmed in because the openings for the arms of the vest stick out despite the ties on either side meant to tighten it. Looks like something out of Temu or Wish that should've sold for $15, not $50. Will not be ordering from them again.

Great Quality, style, and fit! Absolutely gorgeous clothing

Quality is not worth the price. Followed the washing instructions and after one wash the sweater looked horrible. They have a spelling error on the care instructions which lets me know attention to detail and quality may not be Diyanu’s priority. Reached out to customer service for resolution and they told me to get a fuzz brush. That isn’t the problem and didn’t help one bit. The print is beautiful but the quality is poor.

Customer service is outstanding. Quality of clothes is excellent. The material is very high quality fabric and sewn with strong stitching. The colorful African print is unique and beautiful

My original order was stolen from my porch over the holiday deliveries. Diyanu immediately replaced my order without any issues or problems. Grateful for their professionalism

For men buying their pants...THEY COME IN ONE SIZE! You MUST be able to wear pants that have a 30" INseam. I am 6' 0", my inseam is AT LEAST 34"..BS! AND their RETURN POLICY is garbage.....just read the review BELOW from someone named "A.M." I share the SAME SENTIMENTS! Stay Awaaay from D'IYANU!

I have ordered 2 beautiful dresses and jewelry from this company. The fabric quality is very good. The fit was accurate. I will own these pieces for a long time.

Returns are a JOKE. Ordered a dress and went by the size chart they provided- it was HUGE and way too long. Dress was $100 and I also ordered some other things for my partner. Had a code for 30% off the TOTAL of the order (not individual pieces), but they only refunded $60 for my 100$ dress that was never worn and still had the tags on it. Should have known it was shady when they didn’t give a return amount when I processed the return, nor a breakdown once they sent the return confirmation FIVE days after it was received in their warehouse. Shipping was USPS and I know it didn't cost more than $3.99. I’m really upset because I specifically bought from them to support a black business, but this is bad business practice and I will be telling everyone I know NOT to buy from them.

The clothes run big and not true to size.

I attempted an exchange and although I paid $107 with shipping the exchange amount is $20, what a joke.

And the order arrived after the estimated delivery date.

I received my order within one week. I was quite surprised. I love my two piece suit. It fits perfect. I am 5'7" I weigh 145 lbs the medium fit me perfect. I'm shocked because I always have problems with my leg length and my arm length.

The material and everything is awesome, but I am a very short individual (4’6) and my dress did not fit me. I ordered an extra small as well and it was still too big and long. I had to go get it altered. I hope that they can make clothes more fitting for much shorter people.

Received the Tribal sweater as a gift. It fit well and is well constructed. I received many compliments on the look.

I bought the Chidima Women's African Print Stretch Tunic Dress (Natural Mudcloth) and Aniq Women's African Print Stretch Blazer Dress and pants (Tan Black Tribal) for $354 CND during the 20% off holiday sale. The package was shipped by FedEX for $70 CND and arrived within a few days. The clothes are fantastic. The dress fits nicely, although it was a bit too long. The slit gives flexibility to wear it as a tunic or as a sexy dress. The suit was well made but too big for me.

Overall, the prices are reasonable for the quality provided, but they are way off on the shipping and hidden duty fees for customers shipping to Canada. I was happy with my experience and purchase, until FedEX sent me a bill of $154 CND, 11 days after my package arrived. This bill is to cover duties and additional taxes. This amount represents 43% of my of $354 CND, which already includes a shipping fee of 70.

I wish these extra duty fees were communicated by Diyanu or FedEX PRIOR to finalizing the order on Diyanu's website. The lack of information is dishonnest to international consumers. Competitive companies such as AceKouture, Offure, and Grass-Field also ship by FedEx, but customers do not receive an additional bill of 43% of the initial purchase value. To best inform the customer, Diyanu could include an estimation of additional future duties to pay PRIOR to finalising the order online and clearly warn them. Diyanu could include a link to an external website where the customers may calculate and approximate the duties and additional taxes. I wish I had a clearer understanding of the total costs of my purchase PRIOR to finalising the transaction. The surprise of an additional bill, after the fact is unexpectedly frustrating, unpleasant and costly.

I was prepared and aware of the shipping fees of $70 CND but the lack of transparency and the lack of information, decreased my satisfaction level with the overall product and the experience with Diyanu.

On another matter, the refund on the pants suit was processed simply and quickly.

I support Black owned business. I recommend the product, preferably if you can take advantage of the local shipping.

The service was excellent. Outfits fit perfectly and look more beautiful in person.

I LOOOVE this website. Ordered from this for the first time and it for sure won’t be the last. Clothes fit so comfortable and they arrived in a swift timeframe. Great quality and great representation of our Melanted people. Keep up the great work

I ordered a skirt from this site and it was gorgeous. Sizing was great, fabric was nice and didn't feel or look cheap, and came in under a week.I highly recommend this shop!
