I was in the process of building a new website for my church and needed some specific Divi modules that Divi Supreme has. I added a module and realized that it wasn't going to work as I needed it to so I asked about it. Support came back and told me that it didn't work as I thought it would but they would pass the need over to Development. The owner of the company contacted me shortly after that and agreed that the functionally that I need should be included and said they would be adding it shortly. As my main job is in the software industry, I expected it to be like a month or two but no, it was more like a day or two. I logged into my development site and noticed that the plugin had an update so I checked the change log and saw that it had already been added. So one quick update and a quick edit to the module and it was working as I needed it to. Thanks for the quick update.

Plugin works OK, lot of adjustable design and data features. Thanks for great support, thanks for applying my suggestion "adjustable size of DIVI icons". It was real quick :)

Support was received in a reasonable time frame and the solution provided was accurate and to the point and helped resolve my issue

Plugin is great though it is very heavy and has caused me multiple issues with site speed. Support is very disappointing. Reached out to them for an issue several times and had the feeling that they did not even check it out, but sent automated messages which prolonged fixing the issue. Currently using Pro but considering deleting the plugin due to a lack of response from the support team and the above-mentioned issue with the speed.

This is one of the most robust and helpful plugins to augment the Divi building experience! To top it off, when faced with a technical issue, the team is responsive and supportive - communicating quickly via email.

I've been loving this plugin. I've used several modules just on one website alone. Any time I reach out to support for specific questions, I get personal attention and quick responses, and sometimes it leads to upgrades within the plugin to work with my Server Hosting.
I am looking forward to the next website I can start using different modules in my design.

(I’m kidding BREATHE for God's sake!) But seriously buy it, they will give you far more than you pay for in both features and support.

1. The plugin has all the extra modules (and then some) that divi lacks and most other authors sell individually.

2. The performance is slicker than a penguin on ice. I run it on at least 10 sites and they all have a PageSpeed rating of 90+

3. I’ve already said this - The support, oh sweet baby Cthulhu the support! It is the best you’ll find, anywhere, period.

4. We regularly get new features and performance updates.

5. What you say? You want text to roll sideways, do a little boogie and change colour? Pfft. Click, click done!

have limited knowledge of coding and have been using Divi to design my website. However, I found that some of the features, especially animations, were not available on Divi itself. That's when I came across Divi Supreme Pro, and it has been an amazing plugin that has helped to make my website look much more professional and interesting.

Recently, while redesigning some of the pages, I encountered some technical issues and reached out to Divi Supreme Pro support on a Sunday night, not expecting a response until the following working day. However, to my surprise, I received a prompt reply almost immediately, and the issues were fixed the very next day, which was a public holiday. I was truly impressed by the outstanding support from the Divi Supreme Pro team.

I use Divi on all of my sites. I am by no means a Divi expert, but I really like the product. I was looking for a way to enhance my Divi sites and came across Divi Supreme. After looking at reviews, other products, etc. I decided to buy the single license for a single site. A week later, I went back and upgraded so that I could use this on all of my sites. The customer service was extraordinary when I wanted to upgrade. Truly, they went above and beyond what was necessary to help me. I recommend this to anyone using Divi.

I've been using Divi Supreme for a few years, and I've had any troubles with the features. They work super well with Divi. Recently I countered a bug with the pop-up button feature. I reached out to support, and I was so amazed at the level of knowledge and responsiveness. Ultimately, the issue resulted from how I created the page and not the software. I install Divi Supreme on all of my client sites.
