I suggest renaming your company to "Fraud Lane," as this more accurately reflects your service quality and employee behavior. For the past four months, I have repeatedly requested action on my complaint, yet there has been no discernible interest from your end. Be assured, I intend to file a First Information Report (FIR) and pursue legal action in consumer court shortly.

One of the worst and fake Organization.
As we all work hard and earned money and these are the criminal people looted us.
I just want to say please don't buy they are all fake people. Rest of your decision because I was looted, if you want too than do as per your wish.

The Product if fine

I'm just using the stone but I think it is working.

Most Fake Company.As per price charged delivery of gem stones are of low quality.After issuing Stones if some complain given, the staff employed do not response atall, after service is nil.
I can only tell after purchasing anybody
like me has cheated nicely.In our city area if we go for gem stones, definitely we will not be cheated like this. Specially what gem stone we will purchase we can choose of our own by personally see the quality in our own eye.Blindly without seeing the product
Paying price for that is our great mistake.I suggest kindly do not be cheated like me.Till date their staff donot respond when some sub standard gem stones received.Being a senior citizen I was in stress for this reason.l will suggest the company to take some drustic action against those employees who plays with customers.I myself is an example of thus harassed for last 4 months.I will not take the name, leaving on you for justice. Gem stones may be cheaper or costly, but for after service
behaviour with customers should not like that as they do, play with customers.

Astrologer has suggested me red coral and ruby , i wear it from last 1 month, it is not working, after wearing this ring i didn't feel any changes/experience.

The pandit ji suggests stones and rudraksha to everybody. Then these people send over sized Rings .. not sure about the quality of stones... When i complained ..even after more than a month the issue is unresolved. And just because I posted my experience... The contact Aakaash threatened me that he has washed his hands off my issue and challenged me to get a solution.. now another person is attending the issue but nothing has happened apparently. I will wait one more week and then lodge a complaint with consumer protection... Just avoid ... Approach them at your own risk.

Staff or associate ne dhoka diya partner ke sath mil kar ab sabko hata diya... Ab main akela lead kar raha hu ek staff hai or associates hai... Business jaha se suru kiya aaj fir vahi par khada hu akela... Ab yaha se fir age badhna hai kuch samjh nhi aa raha bade bade target hai use pura karna hai or bahut kuch... Age ka rasta aap bataye

Absolutely a fraud company.
Will tell a lot of stuff and suggest a lot of remedies.
Then they will force u to take the remedies from them.
Post that u dont get the desired result, they will try to put the blame on something and suggest something else.
Also the the cost of their products are very high compared to the quality.

The remedy stone Blue Sapphire suggested had not worked

Not that happy, as promised my rings are not working, design and size not same as finalised. The depth of the stone is such its not touching the skin only which is the basic rule. Slow responses as well from the team. However, the team is nice to speak but again their recommended carat seem higher than my body mass ratio.

I received an appropriate consultation and service with product. I found myself positive with the product they shared.

It is pure fraudulent service. Before the advance payment they said one thing, but after the advance payment they are saying something completely different. Pure fraudulent speech and service. Please be aware from them.
