Work in retail myself, false advertising at its best from this company. Ordered 2x 40lt compost. Was sent 1x50lt. Tried to contact seller with no response. Amazon equally unhelpful. Avoid this company at all costs if you don't want to be ripped off.

Scam company. Delivered half the order and ignored all attempts to contact them.

A terrible company I ordered 2x 2 40ltr of compost but received 2x50 ltr. When they finally replied to my message they tell me I go 100 ltr rather than 80! No I paid 160 litre.

Similar to other reviewers who have been defrauded, we ordered wardrobe dehumidifier sachets costing £26.99 delivered. They claim an Amazon delivery was made but a CCTV RING doorbell continuously recording to the Internet proves this did not happen. In a sheltered housing community, if it had gone to somebody else then it's highly likely the on site wardens would know but nobody knows anything about a delivery. Ebay said that the seller said it had been delivered & didn't progress our request for a full refund, so we now have a case currently being reviewed by PayPal and my elderly mother has been left without the goods she ordered and out of pocket. Ms Diva Patang, Unit 1501 Buckingham Rd, Silverstone Business Park NN12 8FU is recorded on the Government Companies list as the sole director and person responsible. The last set of accounts filed are on that website which also shows an outstanding charge against the company logged by Lloyds Bank. We will never order from this company again and will continue actively to pursue a full refund.

They send a little bag with a notice the can't delivery to my pstcode to bypass the Amazon System - but Amazon are smart and will catch up with them and shut them down. Sooner the better in my view.

AVOID ordering from these fraudsters. They sent wrong item then stopped answering my msgs. They told ebay it had been delivered so ebay closed my case but it was not what i ordered. Need removing from ebay

These guys are useless. You don't realise you are ordering with them as it's via Amazon. I ordered two cans of Car pride tyre shine - but they delivered 1 tin of yacht varnish instead?!? WTAF! Trying to get my money back was a joke - it took 2 weeks - Amazon equally useless. They sent me a return label where I had to pay for the postage of unwanted yacht varnish before they would refund me for the tyre sprays!! Only lots of complaints have resulted in a promised refund, (yet to be received). Never use this company if you can help it - they don't have anyone answering their customer service number either, (01844397270).

Same thing happened to me. Got twi stickers through the door saying they dont post to my area.. Telling me to contact them but not telling me how to contact them.i dont see why they cant put the money back where it came from and why they accepted my order if they cant post it! Was less than a tenners worth so i cant be bothered with the hassle. Just dont use this company at all but if you're reading this your probably too late..

I ordered 2 cans of squeeze foam through Amazon. I got 2 stickers through the post saying they are unable to deliver to my post code and contact them for a refund. Tried contacting Amazon they told me to contact the seller. They do not answer their phone. I have seen several reviews since saying the same thing. It's a scam. Amazon should not be using them.

Ordered some items via Amazon and they sent completely the wrong items. Actually getting through to them is beyond a joke and when someone finally did they didn’t read or even understand what I had written and refused a refund. I have taken this up with my bank and I’m the midst of reporting this company to trading standards.

I ordered a dining table from Diva through amazon and received a 30kg Barbell set. It's been over 2 weeks that I've tried to return the item and get my refund but because the item It's over 15kg the parcel shop won't take it. I've been pushed back and forth by amazon customers service creating numerous return labels and I just find out that because the weight exceed 30kg no carrier will take it. Now I'm stuck with the weights 😩 Im starting to believe that's the reason why they sent such a heavy item, no way to return it and get the refund. Verify disappointed. Why Amazon still allows them to be on their platform it's a mystery...

well i read the reviews after i bought the product and feared the worst, however the opposite was true, albeit only a £3:50 hose connector. good communication delivered on time and it works ok

I've reported this company to Amazon.
They sent the wrong product and told me they would refund my return postage but then refused to do so. They have a history for this I should have read the reviews for Diva before buying.

This is a scam company selling on Amazon marketplace also using the Diva Store name. They have a history of sending inferior products to what was ordered and expect the sellers to pay for return postage.

An absolute disgrace for a company sent a delivery note through Amazon to say due to postcode we don't deliver and don't order the same item again as a letter was sent that stated item delivered

Drove half an hour to attend an interview here, on arrival I waited 30 minutes to speak to one of the co owners. Never heard anything back - pretty awful I can’t imagine their customer service being any good if they can’t communicate with people who attend interviews! To top that the guy interviewing me didn’t understand what staff turnover was and went on about profits. Thought the business and ideas he had where great, just a tip - you need to brave and tell people they haven’t got the job… how do you handle it if you have a bad experience with one of your customers.. would you just ignore them as well? Not impressed

I placed an order through amazon and this company sent me a note saying they won't deliver to my post code and not to order again; they were rude, and told me to contact them for a refund.
I have tried contacting them but got no response 😕

Bought an item that stopped working after less than 4 months and when talking to the customer care they wouldn't provide warranty or support which is breaking the Consumer Protection law.

Great Quality Product at a fair price and prompt delivery.

I would have given zero as a review. Delivered by Royal mail and envelope with delivery note. A scam company
