SIZING SIZING SIZING, ridiculous sizing, I am a size 12, I ordered 5 dresses in a medium I normally order other brands in a small, the medium all too small?? I had to pay £20 to return them, I ordered same dresses in a large and they were perfect. I went onto order 3 more dresses in a large, guess what all too small???! I now have to return again at my cost now £30 out of pocket. You are an English company the dresses are made in England so why are you sizings so wrong??? It would not bother me at all if the return as with all other company’s is free. I will reconsider or getting other dresses unless you do free returns. Crazy

I paid for 24 hour delivery and received it within the time.
Previously ordered a medium I am usually 12, needed a large si make sure you check your measurements before ordering.

Dresses are beautifully modelled with inconsistent and uncompetitive pricing. To improve, all fabric should be be adequately described including stretch content as one dress in one size may not be the same size in a different fabric.
Sizing should be reviewed to conventional sizing numbers I.e.12, 14, 16, 18

Everything eas easy to understand because I am french! The only problem is that I made a purchase last month and the size was to small for me so I send you back the purchase but I am still waiting for the money back to me…? Martine Lambert

I needed a black dress urgently for a funeral. It helps to know my size from a previous purchase, and the dress arrived promptly, fitted perfectly with an excellent standard of material and tailoring.

The dress was beautiful however the packaging it arrived in was extremely disappointing
It was a gray plastic bag.Spending this amount Diva need to look at how the dress is presented.
I’ve bought cheaper items from other manufacturers that have arrived in a sturdy box, with tissue paper.
It cheapens the Diva brand.
Come on Diva marketing department let’s see an improvement

Having already bought 4 dresses in the past, I recently ordered two more, one of which was the same design but a different colour to one I previously ordered. This one was much smaller and the other dress was of a disappointing quality material. To top it all, I had to pay just under £9.00 to return. Never again.
