Only in the initial stages but the first contact team were great. No judgement. Just this is where you are and this is what we can do to help. I signed up to a DMP (I think it’s called)? Not got into the nitty gritty of hearing back from lenders and what that will look like. Hopefully all goes to plan.

Don't trust this company .I signed…
Don't trust this company .I signed paperwork after being advised that I would be supported ....I gave this company the 113 pounds requested....I was advised just before the 2nd payment was due to leave thatvtheu couldn't help me .I was told that money would go to the creditor .so I was to pay these guys AND the creditors AND manage the issue myself.........don't jump straight in out of fear and panic .ask the right questions and make sure they can actually help before you pay them Amy money ...I've lost 113 some of which is the company's fee fir contacting my creditor ......they've sent one email !!!!! How's that worth 50 pounds

Our fees and how they are applied during the initial stages of the service are also explained to clients in writing and over the telephone before the service begins.
