Great property!
Great property!! We loved it! Only problems were minor, missing tip on 1 pool cue, 1 ball missing so played 9 ball instead. Suggest strollers be stored in closet under stairs.

The home was definitely a home away
The home was definitely a home away from home. It was spacious and simply amazing. My family and I had a wonderful vacation. The home was very convenient to Disney and Universal. From the comfortable beds, all the bathrooms, spacious kitchen, game room and pool; this home made our family trip one to remember. I would highly recommend this home to anyone and we look forward to a future visit. Thank you!

Good deal
The price was great,
The place was a lot better then hotel.
My family had a wonderful time.
A little trouble getting in but help was there to help over phone once we got in no problems.
One note.
If you plan to use theater room on week in must let the manage know one week ahead . On property manage is only in office Monday thur Friday.
Pool very clean and inviting, did not use hot tub. One at condo, one at pool area.

Daralee delivers a good customer service
Daralee is a very nice person and likes to help people. She also knows how to connect with people on the phone very well on a personal level understanding their needs. Christine also was working on a very high level on the phone making sure we we dealt with in the right manner.
