A great place to buy good quality goods at discounted prices
I purchased items from this company that I usually pay quite a bit more for elsewhere. I was so pleased with the discounted prices and the quick delivery that I did a second order which was just as good as the first.

These seem great - attractive boards nicely presented - can’t report on quality as I’m giving them to my son but they seem to be good quality and well designed.

Disappointing first time
No direct telephone number so had to correspond with emails with delayed responses.
The customer service department didn’t know their own delivery policies regarding next day service so I had to snap shot their T&C’s to show them!
Hermes didn’t despatch on the same day as collection and they had to cancel the delivery within an hour of their proposed time. Frustrating as I was waiting home anticipating the delivery.
Overall disappointing first time using this company.

Hi, I'm sorry to hear you feel that way. We did make a mistake in our first email to you, but we did then explain this and refunded the extra charge for expedited shipping as a gesture of goodwill despite still paying and using this service for you and getting your order dispatched in line with our terms that you mention.
We don't operate a phone line to keep our costs down, which is savings we pass on to our customers. I realise this isn't always the most convenient for everyone, but we are proactive in resolving all issues. You sent your first email at 21:49pm on Thursday 3rd Feb and we replied at 10:34am the next day, and we swapped a few more emails and resolved the issue on the same day. We pride ourselves on good customer service and low prices and we've found this is close to the right balance, but we're always trying to improve.
I'm sorry to hear that Hermes weren't able to deliver on the day they advised. If you want to message us, we'd be happy to feedback to them. The vast majority of orders are delivered seamlessly, but occasionally delays do happen in which case we advise customers to let us know so we can look into the matter.
