Didn't receive got sent wrong items
Edit: I have since received a response from them. I have received a refund and an offer to replace my items, free of charge. I have also received two personal emails and an upgrade to my previous order. This type of service after a mistake is fantastic and I will now be returning to shop with them in the future.
I paid for next day delivery and received my order several days later. That was OK due to Christmas.
However...after waiting the extra few days, I finally received my package this morning and it had 3 things in I don't order and the items I did order were missing. I was sent the complete wrong order! I emailed customer service for a full refund but I have had no response as of yet.
This was the first time I had ordered from them and unfortunately after the delayed delivery, complete wrong items and lack of immediate response (I messaged in the middle of the day and expected a quick response considering how wrong the order was) and also, no answer when ringing the contact number...I will not be shopping here again but I do expect a refund immediately.
I even sent proof of what I ordered compared to what I received.

The strap on I got was too hard and made of the plastic you use for dog toys, the out is ice was cut poorly and inconsistently. I cut open the top after receiving a refund and there was oddly cut bits of sofa stuffing and some black string mixed in. When received a discount I ordered some other small toys and they were also poorly made, I would just save that little bit more money to get something good quality.

Delivery was good but item is vastly overpriced. Look on eBay you’ll get the same thing with more attachments for less money
