I called with some questions about ferrites for my low voltage media room and electrical panel. The sales person (very nice and friendly) asked me to send pictures. After going through all that trouble - taking the panels covers off and getting to the media rack, Dr. Bradley wanted to charge me $200 for a 30 minute "consultation". It is a pretty poor business model and poor customer service when a company wants to squeeze every dollar they can and not answer customer questions freely. I was thinking I needed 6 whole house ferrites and 4 broadband ferrites. I have not used products from Disaster Preparer but my experience has turned me away from them. Hopefully, this is not their normal practice.

I recently purchased a quantity of ferrite cores, whole-house and broadband, from Disaster Preparer.

The ferrites were quality made and fit my purpose precisely. Dr. Arthur Bradley, owner, really knows his stuff. He saved me a significant amount of time researching the ferrites with the correct attributes. The prices were very fair and shipping was expedited.

One of the larger ferrites was damaged in shipping. Dr. Bradley replaced the ferrite within the matter of a couple days. I would definitely recommend purchasing from him.

Quick to reply to questions and awnsers in understandable communications. Hope to never need the products but feel better having them installed as I can afford them!

I have bought two vault cards and later on two EMF blocking cell pouches. Both arrived with in a week. That is fast. Excellent quality on both products and any questions I had about its use are well covered in the videos and or the comments sections by Dr. Bradley.

I viewed Arthur's video regarding whole house EMP protection which prompted me to purchase an EMP/surge/lightning protector and the "whole house ferrites". With Arthur's videos and the advice/consult of a licensed electrician I was able to install everything into my Cutler-Hammer breaker panel myself. Also I found Arthur to be very prompt and congenial in his email correspondence. I would recommend "disasterpreparer.com" to anyone looking for these types of solutions and it will be my first stop for any of my future needs.

I purchased the Ferrites for my home electrical panel and Ferrites and TRAP devices for my vehicles. I also purchased the Home Protection Surge Protector as suggested by Arthur. I viewed all the videos by Arthur as well as other videos as to what happens in an EMP event. These products are of high quality and I highly recommend their use. I have or have had all devices installed with the detailed instructions provided with these products. According to my research, most cars produced after 1986 can be damaged by an EMP event unless protected by a transient voltage suppression device(s). This is a very cost effect way to protect your vehicle. I am a retired IT Manager and I know what kind of damage excessive voltage can do to electronics that is not protected by surge or voltage suppression. Thank you for providing these products.

I decide to buy the T.R.A.P. devices for my vehicles after reviewing another product which I will not name. I got a better sense/understanding at a mid to low level from Dr. Bradley through his videos than the competitor(s). The price point for the total install, cigarette and battery TRAPs, and ferrites was slightly higher by a little bit. The installation was pretty straight forward. The battery TRAP on some vehicles, older, will not connect properly but there is a simple solution. Thanks Dr Bradley!

I have great confidence and respect for Dr. Bradley and his products. As an Electrical Engineer myself, I really appreciate Dr. Bradley's approach to testing and then showing us the actual test results. I have purchased several products and books from Dr. Bradley and all have been of high quality. Keep up the good work Dr. B.

So I thought I would share a grin - I thought it amusing that the T.R.A.P. s are shipped in a static-protective bag. I know, I know, there are PLENTY of good reasons to do that, but it just seemed a little ironic. Keep up the great work, Doc!

What a breath of fresh air. Opinion that is based on fact, sound theory, and actual test measurements!! I have been unable to find any other site that is always based on actual test data. Thank you Dr. Bradley for providing a rational, evidence based approach to the problem. (BTW, how can it be that such information is "classified" from government sources?)

I'm confident the products I've purchased will minimize the impact of an EMP on my family. And in the process, I'm protecting everything in my home from normal electrical issues that degrade or destroy electronics, such as power surges.
