Our In-Clinic appointments take place at Parkstone Chiropractic Clinic, 160 Ashley Road, Parkstone, Poole BH14 9BY All appointments are carried out by our Fully Qualified Hearing Aid Audiologist, registered with the HCPC. We use Endoscopic Microsuction which is considered the Gold Standard of Ear Wax Removal. This is when the Audiologist uses a camera to view the ear and a suction probe to gently remove the excessive ear wax.

We have used Joseph yearly for the last four years and he has always been first class. My GP stopped offering the service around 8 years ago ( the more painful manual syringing ) and I tried a couple of other micro suction providers before settling with Joseph.I have always had fairly heavy wax build up so I know my ears need regular attention. My wife has a lesser build up so Joseph will examine hers when he visits but will only remove if warranted.
Exceptional service - explained everything to me, showed me before and after pictures. I would thoroughly recommend.

i couldn’t hear out of my right ear for 2 days due to earwax blockage. I contacted dissapear to get an appointment asap before my holiday this weekend. They were really helpful and got me an appointment for the next day which was amazing considering all the other places i tried previously were booked up for the week! I had a home visit from Joseph and he was really kind and amazing at his job! within 10mins my ear wax was removed and i could hear perfectly fine again. Very pleased, Thankyou!

I’ve had issues with wax build up for a number of years now and after having a terrible experience in the past I was very nervous about having wax removal again after experiencing a lot pain and irritation through “water syringing”.
From start to finish the service provided was very professional and easy from booking the appointment to coming to my home for the removal. They have been very informative in what to expect and any questions were answered to help to feel comfortable before and during the procedure. I highly recommend them, you will not be disappointed in the whole experience especially if you are nervous person such as myself. My Grandad also used DissapEar as he has hearing aids and was so happy with his experience too.
