Got a necklace that was perfect ordered a matching bracelet and the clasp was broken when I got it. Didnt stay closed. Emailed in thrusdsy and never got any response. Took to my local jeweler to get it fix was annoying to buy something and have to bring it in to be fixed

My experience with Direct Source Gold & Diamond was superb. I searched their website and asked a question, which was answered quickly through their chat feature, and I then decided to buy a 14K gold rope chain. The purchase was made late on a Wednesday afternoon, and by Friday morning an absolutely stunning, diamond cut gold chain was in my hands. Their price was the best I found on the internet, something for which I am so grateful, and the shipping was free. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the customer service, pricing, and jewelry quality I found at Direct Source Gold & Diamond. Looking forward to my next purchase with them.

Exactly what I wanted for a great price
I’m very happy with the gold chain I bought from direct source gold. The chain is exactly what I was expecting and the weight was accurate. I’m already looking to buy another chain from them as their prices are extremely competitive.
