Hi I’m the head chef at Luigi’s restaurant in sandwich. Demi hooper has been a wonderful rep . Always helpful and brilliant communication.

I have used Direct Seafoods for the last 12 years and they have come up Trump‘s every delivery, the next day service has been a godsend and enabled my business to really flourish in the summer months, I would recommend them as a supplier because they really do car.

My experience so far has been great, kirsty has been amazing with me, i can be a bit of a nuisance with alot of questions, but she is amazing

I've used DSC for a few years after my last supplier closed due to the pandemic. Using the app to order is a real time saver, and if any issues crop up, they're on WhatsApp to put it right. The fish is quality, and I like the way they pack it for delivery, also.

Always good service and quick fixes when things do go wrong. The account manger Devon always provides top service and always a delight to speak to with upmost professionalism

She's incredibly responsive, which makes ordering a breeze. Her expertise and meticulous nature guarantee that my orders arrive exactly as anticipated. The entire service is prompt and trustworthy, and the additional care from Laura and the team greatly simplifies the process. I can't recommend them enough!

Fantastic company. I have direct contact with out account handler Alice, through WhatsApp, as well as a couple others if she is away. I can message and usually get a response within a few minutes. This way I know if I'm getting what I asked for, and can make menu adjustments if needed. If there's any issues I get a message from Alice letting me know, and vise versa, I can let her know of any problems, not that there usually is.
