Advertised items not kept in stock & not stated as out of stock. Once I’d purchased on the 27-11 I was notified they’re supplied by a third party.
After 4 weeks plus I’m still awaiting confirmation of a shipping date so I’ll defer on reviewing the items.
Not how I do business.
I’ll shop elsewhere in future. Have since purchased other pool supplies from another vendor that were shipped overnight.

Had the items in stock at the right price. Postage was reasonable and items arrived on time undamaged. It was evident Care was taken to package each item. Unlike other suppliers who had a “Black Friday” sale but were out of stock of the most usually used items, the full range was in stock

I’ve being purchasing from this company for several years now and always a great experience shopping here, I recently purchased a chlorinator and couldn’t find the correct cell to purchase I contacted the sales team to assist me which they did and ended up purchasing the right one . Highly recommend this online company

Overall - pretty crappy

Part final arrived after 4 weeks, due to the postal service.
The S/S hand rail looks very nice and highly polished, But
We found that the 8mm Dyna-bolts were to small in diameter and pulled straight out of the heavy duty paving blocks, so we increased the bolts to 10mm. but due to the base plate being so thin it is just flexing, it needs a thicker base plate with gussets which I intend to to, my next attempt will be to use 10mm S/S screwed rod at leased 200mm long held in with high strength liquid grout.

The only company that actually helped us and took time to understand what we needed and gave as all the information to find what we wanted. Delivery was quick.

I was kept informed on the status of my order. Considering being around the Black Friday sales, my goods were dispatched quickly. I was surprised how quickly one part of my order, a very large item, was delivered. The only downside was receiving the feedback email before the goods were dispatched.

You sent the filters within two days of ordering, so far i have not received them. was advised by Aust post that there would be delays because of the flood over East.
