Excellent service and customer care! They were really helpful all the way and very careful when taking our stuff to/off the truck. I quoted with few companies, but they were the ones who offered me realistic truck size and competitive price!!

Best customer service
I have moved few times around London but for the first time I have received the best service ever.
I super recommend their services. They are careful and trustworthy.
Is a lot of information about what you will be moving but at least they will calculate the times right and you will have no surprises.
If and when I come to move again they will be my option for it.

Professional and Thoughtful.
This company takes the stress out of moving. The company offers face to face consultation and you are provided with an actually cost, not an estimated cost! Then you are offered all services and full advice is given.
On moving day you get a moving manager, he coordinates and arranges with his staff all your items, I literally had time to make myself cups of coffee whilst all the work was going on. I was so relaxed.
I would highly recommend.

Thank you to Direct Local Moving company for the smooth running of a flat move this week and for the straightforward and easy process of booking it in. The service provided was excellent from the first contact through to the actual move. We felt they valued us as a customer and took care of all our possessions from the largest to the smallest. The packaging of individual items and especially fragile ones, was at a high standard. The same applied to the loading of the vans. They set and deliver a high standard for the business sector at a reasonable price.

From the first phone call to the end of the service I rate them 5 stars! Great communication, professional and very competitive price! The customer service from Priscila has been brilliant. She explained everything clearly, answering all my questions in record time; very friendly professional service. The removal chaps were very polite and courteous; nothing was too much trouble including dismantling and reassembling of large items. They supplied as many boxes, tape and wrapping paper as required. I cannot recommend them more highly! Definitely will use them again!🙏
