Hello, I have no words to describe how disappointed I feel about the pallets received. They said that it was 75% working goods, which is wrong because it is 90% damaged goods from the pallets(12) I received. Almost all the items had receipts attached that read "Return Reason: damaged", whereas they (DL) said there was no way of knowing that. For example, one pallet containing grill and washing machine are both damaged and in non-working conditions as per the receipt attached to them, so that is one pallet which is a complete waste, which makes 0% working item from one pallet. I will not be able to get back the money I spent in purchasing/shipping this lot not even closer. Please don't sham people like this. It is a lot of money, hard work, and time that I put into buying, transporting, and sorting this lot. But I will not be able to even make enough money to get my money back, on top of that I might have to rent a dumpster to get rid of all the damaged goods. This is a total loss and disaster for me! This is truly frustrating. Thanks

I'm sorry for your loss. We have no way of knowing the working condition of the goods. These are untested, raw customer returns. Nobody is touching them to verify functionality. That is why the price point is 10 - 25% of retail. Referring to our company as a scam is just not accurate. We provide a service selling untested customer returns from major retailers. I can feel your pain, but there will be some losers when buying raw returns. This is really a numbers game. I would love to win back your business. Please let me know if there is anything we can do to make this right in your eyes.

Great support, great source
Danny is a customer service rep at Direct Liquidation and he's been stellar. I've always had great experience with DL over the years, but when there are issues arise, Danny has always been helpful and supportive. Many of my issues are taken care of and I always feel great when there's someone I know I can rely on to make things right! DL is a great source, but as other sources, you need to test first to see if it's the right fit before fully committed. I'm fully committed and has been with them since day 1.

Good Customer Service/ Damaged Goods
I ordered my first pallet ever from Direct Liquidation, it really seemed like a great deal. It was a Walmart returns pallet. Once I received the pallet over half of the merchandise on the pallet was damaged, as in cracked and broken. The box containing the high ticket item was empty. I can’t blame it 100% on Direct Liquidation because it could have been the shipper that damaged the product and Walmart accepting the returns. As far as customer service goes they are great.

I've purchased 7 lots from them so far and look for to doing more business long term.
