Laminate flooring and beading
I was very happy with my purchase but I ordered beading for my floor and was sent the wrong thing and when I went on your page to try and return it I was told it was up to me to return it, paid £40 for it and it is going to cost me over £20 to return which I think is ridiculous,saying that the flooring is excellent quality and was delivered within a 3days.

Hiya, We do advise a standard weekday Delivery is 2 - 5 working days, However i can see this was delivered within 2. We can only apologise for not providing an ETA as i know this would have been beneficial. We will be sure to pass this on. Thank you.
Easy to Order and Collect
Great selection, great price range, easy to order and when we went to collect, staff (lady and gentleman) attended to us right away and couldn't have been nicer. Sorry I didn't remember their names.

Customer service not great from outlet…
Customer service not great from outlet store. Only reason gave 3 stars and not 1 is because the warehouse Internet staff were very helpful. Iam still waiting on my order, initially supposed to be in warehouse on 2/3/24. But warehouse team very good and finding out information and apologised for the delay. Connar from the front of house on the other hands attitude is I don't give a toss. Connar was unhelpful and rude. Asked several questions to which he replied ' it'll be in when it's in'. My question was, do u know if order has been shipped yet? And, csn u track the order? Is that not part of a customer service operators job?
