Great value, quick delivery, recommended.

My laminate flooring was left on the street.. I paid £40 for delivery and it wasn't delivered to my flat! Very unprofessional delivery drivers! I am a small woman no way I could have got it upstairs had to phone my nephew who luckily wasn't far away to move it for me.. do not recommend! Very poor

Poor communication, I had an issue with delivery, chat didn’t work, email was unmanned and had to call by phone. The person said they would deal with my query but never called back.
Had to go to a showroom to get my internet order sorted.
Very poor service

Staff couldn't have been more helpful , answered all my questions and nice quick visit to secure everything I needed.

I am still waiting on my order to be delivered, the phone number on the website no one pick up just a recording telling you the mail box is full. My order was placed June 16,2025 and my delivery date was June 18,2025 it is July 4,2025 and I have not received my order, otter nonsens.

I made two purchases with direct flooring and neither was confirmed by email.

Good flooring at good price

I went into the showroom in Glasgow, gave the guy the measurements and he calculated how many packets of flooring I would need including 10% for wastage. I ended up with 5 packets left over and when I called to say I would bring them back I was told that they would need to pick them up at a cost of £49.50 plus 10% of the value of the packets I was returning. I told her that if the guy had calculated the amount of packets I needed correctly then I would not have to return them. She told me that, obviously the measurements I gave him were off. These floors have been measured by three different joiners and they all come up with the measurements I gave to the them. If I could give a 0 score I would So I DO NOT RECOMMEND and advise to avoid at all cost unless you want to be out of pocket.

I have had a great experience with direct flooring, this is the 3rd Order I have now placed with them. The Kronotex Oak Laminate flooring in oak grey IV ordered 3 times now it's such a beautiful finish and has a lovely shine to it. It makes my livingrroom look bigger 😄 and it's great in my lobby
. I would recommend this flooring and company.

Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. I visited the Edinburgh store to purchase my wood flooring and the manager Keith was so helpful. He took me through the whole process from start to finish and really put my mind at ease. Thank you so much I'm delighted with my new floor.

AVOID!

As with many others, I placed an order for vinyl flooring, to the sum of £160. I tried dozens of times over a 3 week period to reach the company by phone, and no response to emails.

If anyone else has had this experience, I recommend reaching out to your bank. Barclays reverse charged this amount within just a few days of lodging my complaint with them.

…Surprise surprise, within 2 hours of having the money returned to my bank, I received an email from the company apologising for the delay and they were “experiencing some supplier issues”.

Smells of a scam. Avoid. Avoid. AVOID!
