Stay away. There’s absolutely no effort put into actual fulfillment.

Can’t tell you how many times I’ve had to double or triple e-mail them to get some kind of a response that was clearly a template or AI generated to kick the can down the road. Barely feels like I’m interacting with actual humans who I paid for a particular service.

I’m usually more understanding about operational issues owning a business myself, but this degree of carelessness leaving a client repeatedly on read is ridiculous.

The “founder” cancels meetings for no apparent reason. Offers to instead connect with an “account manager” but never actually follows through on that.

Can’t take a 30 min call to fulfill a service he was paid for, but the guy has enough time to continue marketing his “business” on social media.

Currently, this is my only means of reaching out to anyone from DBF, as any direct contact never gets responded to. Will likely start looking into chargebacks and contacting financing companies they work with to get my money back.

Overall, not only will you not get the service you paid for, you’ll also lose a lot of time trying to get your money back so you can work with a company who will actually does what they say you’ll do.

I signed up for the Funding Accelerator Program expecting professional funding consulting. What I received instead was explicit advice from their team to submit false and significantly inflated information on lender applications — overstating income, revenue, employees, and expenses.

This strategy was never mentioned anywhere in the contract. When I refused to continue and asked to cancel for a refund, they declined and insisted I keep going.

I understand funding takes time, but being coached to lie to banks crossed a serious line both morally and legally. I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to look elsewhere.

**Adding for context after the public comment made by Direct Business Funding: They already had my specific, actual income information in hand and still specifically "advised" me to increase it by more than 50%. They also told me to inflate my business revenue projections to nearly 3 times what my business can realistically make, without ever asking for my real projections first. While I understand it was ultimately my choice to click submit, their paid consultation and recommended strategy explicitly directed me to provide false and significantly inflated information on multiple fields. This approach was never disclosed anywhere in the contract I signed.

***Adding more context after their latest edit to their public comment:
They say I have an "outstanding invoice" I only received today, and it is for $60. Meanwhile they are refusing to refund any of the $6,000 I already paid them, even though nowhere in the signed contract does it disclose that their "consultation" and "advising" would involve instructing me to provide false and inflated information to lenders.

After many attempts at multiple cards subhagi had me keep going and we ended getting pre approved and accepted for my highest limit I’ve ever had.

I had a great experience with the funding team at DBF! They were really helpful with helping me understand the proper process to actually positioning myself in the eyes of the bank to secure the most funding possible. They enlightened me on how there is a lot more involved than just your credit score. They truly go above and beyond, answered every question I had throughout the process and helped me secure the credit I needed to fund my business!

Probably the only trust worthy funders out there.

Everyone you talk to promises you the world with very little information, and I always thought there was more to getting capital secured than just having a decent FICO.

It's a shame I had to learn that from first hand experience going through other companies before I met the team at Direct Business Funding, but it was the first time someone laid out for me the process of getting funding - and actually helped me run it from start to finish the right way.

These guys won't blow hot air up your you know what - they'll tell you the reality of the situation, and they'll help you navigate the entire process from prep to funding being approved.

Can't speak more highly of them. Highly recommend.

Zack and the Team were great. I had previous experiences with companies who didn’t deliver on there word. I was able to get 150k in business funding at 0% interest. We had to clean up some things on my credit. And work on some things on the business side. Highly suggest Direct Business Funding if you want a long term partner as now we are starting to look at doc lending and lines of credit, and big loans! They’ve been very helpful. Thanks.

I am writing this review to document my experience and to encourage accountability.

After enrolling in this program about 6 months ago and signing a financing agreement, the only thing provided was an initial introductory class. Beyond that, there has been no structured implementation, no execution support, and no meaningful delivery of the services that were represented during the sales process.

Access to Slack or other promised communication channels did not result in real guidance, follow-up, or actionable support. Attempts to engage did not lead to any measurable progress or program fulfillment.

This is particularly concerning given the financial commitment required. When a company accepts payment under a retail installment contract, there should be clear, ongoing delivery of the promised services. In my experience, that has not occurred.

I have formally requested cancellation due to failure to deliver services. I hope the company takes responsibility and resolves this matter appropriately.

Prospective customers should conduct thorough due diligence and obtain clear written expectations regarding deliverables and support before entering into any agreement.

I highly recommend Zac Safron and his team. He understood my situation and helped me get the capital needed. He went above and beyond by helping me optimize my credit profile so that my personal and business credit is in the best position both now and for the future.
