Academically the university is doing…
Academically the university is doing well, the lessons, tutors well organized. I had a wonderful time interacting with the professional team. The student support team was so amazing in helping me especially in times when my network was bad here due to heavy rains.
However this is the weakness that has let me down:
Through the WhatsApp group when I asked about when to start the MSc program, we were told to be enrolled automatically, which I was happy about it, then communication started changing through the emails I was receiving that I should apply again. I was reminded of the payments to make before the enrollment and I was surprised, my morale got down. I was told that my scholarship was a rare one of which I agreed. But I felt total confusion from the ones communicating to me because, I said I can not afford the school fees from the income I get monthly. I felt a loss of group of friends I made and willing to meet during my graduation with the bond we made. I felt betrayed due to lack of trust that I cannot afford to pay my fees. Each time the email comes with the pounds attached to pay my fees made me cry, that's why I stopped responding and made my mind to end with the diploma level. I am expressing all this because you have said I should be honest with you. My morale is done, but all in all thank you so much for educating someone like me. To be honest with you if I convert my monthly payment to USD it is 277.1 that's why I am unable but I am intelligent and I will make more effort to go higher.
God bless you people of God, and the resources you used on me God should return 100 folds

This has been an outstanding learning experience from start to finish. The support team was exceptional—always responsive, helpful, and timely in addressing any questions I had.
The tutors were excellent—highly knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely invested in our learning. I particularly valued the interactive sessions with both tutors and colleagues, which made the experience engaging and collaborative. Learna's MSc diploma balanced accessibility with academic rigor.The modules are broken into digestible lessons that made complex theories easier to absorb. Clear learning objectives, frequent formative quizzes,useful real-world case studies, and a responsive learning dashboard that tracked progress and competencies.The platform must improve on expanding the depth of literature and primary-source readings for research-focused learners;add more synchronous sessions or office hours with unstructions;and speed up turnaround on graded assignments and academic queries. Overall, the program helped me build applicable skills and a credible credential while fitting into a busy schedule.
