Dink dog club, exceeded my expectations in several ways. After years of dealing with different companies for my fur babies needs, DDC is hands down the best.
I purchased a harness for my 3lb Yorkie, when I received it , it was a tad to small, I sent them an email explaining the situation and within an hour they had responded with an easy return process.
I was expecting to go round and round with them like I have had to do with other companies. But they have made a believer out of me again that great customer service still exist.
I highly recommend Dinky Dog Club for your fur babies needs.

Still waiting for someone to contact me with the rettu

I have received products from them in the past and it has been 5 star. But I placed an order on August 29th and have not received it. I was charged too. I have tried to contact them by email, twice, I have texted and today I called. The number has been disconnected. I am so very sad. Such great products for small dogs, but as of now, they stole my money. Ugh......

I ordered a harness. It has been 5 days since they took the money, no harness, no communication...no shipping date. They will not answer the phone, in other words they took my money and I got nothing. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE or you may as well just give them your money for nothing in return.. Very unsatisfied customer.

Horrible customer service. They told my senior mother there’s no returns can’t you read the big bold red letters on the website!!! Choose your words appropriately there’s no need to be ignorant. If there are no returns that’s fine but be civilized

I'm happy to find a company who makes toys for little dogs. Finding them are practically impossible. I know more people with small dogs, than those with larger dogs, who state the same complaints. Most toys are too big, bulky or heavy for a small dog to get a good grip on or carry. The squeakers in the toys are located too far from the material edge, making it hard for a small dogs mouth to get to it.
The most common questioning voice from people I know with small dogs is, why doesn't some company do a little research and make dog toys for small breeds?
My dog is a 10 yr old, 12# Shih Tzu, toys galore, majority untouched. Her best and favorite? You know those dog faced head, long eared, long bodied dog toys? This one has a much thinner body than those today. It's red, has squeaker in head and mid body, material very close knitted loop like thread.
I've sewed it's ears on countless times, I've sewn up holes all over it's head, one eye is gone, mid body squeaker gone, but the one in head works and she can get her mouth on it to make it squeak. She's had it since she was 6 months old.
The honest truth--there can be a pile of 10 toys on floor and she roots and gets this, because she can grasp in her mouth, anywhere.
Hopefully you continue to offer small dog toys. I certainly will point my friends with small dogs in your direction.

I made a purchase through dinky dog club for a coat for my Westy. The item unfortunately did not work for me and I had no trouble at all sending it back getting a prepaid label and my refund was probably taken care of. I would recommend this site for anyone who needs a dog coat that it might work out for!

I love their outfits. We have a small Shih Tzu - 9 lbs. so it is often hard to find cute outfits that fit well. Dinky Dog has a great assortment of adorable outfits that I love to dress up my little girl in to show her off. The matching leashs are a great bonus. The order is processed and shipped to you promptly. Thank you Dinky Dog Club.

I loved the ease of use and the tracking. The shopping was good, just wished you had a lot more apparel because it was very cute and I wanted a bigger selection:)

We are so impressed with this company. From the emails all along letting us know what was going on with our order, the quality of the doggie outfits and then the wonderful extra touches when the shipment arrived. Adorable wrapping paper, treats and a cute little message. Love this company and hope to order more from them!!!
