I bought a table from them for $396.44 then was charged $399.99 for shipping and handling that I was unaware of until I had paid the bill. I thought I was getting a table and 4 chairs. When I contacted them they made no attempt to correct the problem. I found out I could have bought the table locally for $20+ less and no shipping and handling. The transaction was a rid off.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
I was very hesitant to place a furniture order on-line but after speaking with Greg Sharma I felt more comfortable. I also expressed concern re: full payment prior to furniture delivery and Greg immediately addressed it to my satisfaction. While I’m disappointed that bedroom set is on BO (not Greg’s responsibility), I very much look forward to receiving this beautiful furniture. Greg provided exceptional customer service and went the extra mile to ensure that I was happy and comfortable with my purchase. I love this bedroom set and hope that I don’t have a long wait.

I was asking a lot of questions and each one was answered thoroughly but efficiently. Very responsive customer service rep, Kate Walton. Looking forward to getting the dresser and nightstand. Timing is not great at 4-6 weeks but it works with my renovation/painting/flooring schedule.
