Unable to complete purchase online (California)
I don't understand why I needed to talk to a chat agent to complete my online order (shipping to California). I received error, "Your order cannot be completed at this time as there is no shipping methods available for it. Please make neccessary changes in your shipping address." when clicking on Place Order. Support Agent, Jane, was able to complete my order, although I was skeptical to provide my credit card information to complete the purchase.
