I ordered a kitchen tool. A moment after I initiated payment, I noticed that the card linked to the payment had my old address, in the USA. Within five minutes I changed the address in the payment app, and I messaged the company, saying I moved to Sweden a year ago. Whenever I got a confirmation email from Diligentup, it said the package was en route to the US; I messaged back each time, saying, no, wait, please redirect that package. I got cheerful messages telling me not to worry, that the package would arrive in the right place, that it was en route to SWITZERLAND (?), a different country entirely. The last email from the company said I should contact the USPS, or maybe FedEx, to try to track down the parcel. My advice to my past self is that no cute kitchen tool is worth this amount of aggravation.

Cheep. So did not expect too much. Time will tell. BUT their updates on the delivery and tracking were 100% I totally respect their customer service and product information.
Look if you want perfection you need proper glasses under prescription , but for now these will do. Thank you

Very easy to order got the item quick looks good.

-The price was more than double, almost triple, the advertised price.
-There was a lack of clarity regarding the product’s country of origin, with two different tracking numbers provided: one for a shipment from the USA and the other from China. When I contacted them by email to ask about the estimated delivery date and to request information about a tracking number that I could have easily checked myself, the responses were extremely inadequate and vague.
-The product did not match the specifications stated in your advertisement.

I wasn't able to select a different color other than ORANGE ---not even knowing I had CHOICES of Red or Blue?? (which I'd have preferred) and RUSH--RUSH--the Order was finalized and my payment was taken before I know what was happening???

Products ordered from the company diligentup is not good. Products advertised on Instagram are AI generated and are not the same product as advertised.
When ordered comes from China, take 3 to 7 weeks. And the product package is different from what they show on Instagram. The worst part is the products don't work. Highly dissatisfied annoying as I feel have been scammed. Not recommending the seller. The website has fake products that don't work, don't buy too expensive plus they are fake.

Not even one star. They make up pay hidden fees ( more than the item) that you should pay when are doing your first purchase. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!!!
