I believe I have found exactly what I need in an application that helps me stay on top of SEO, competitor performance, and keyword listings without the hefty price tag of an agency. The landscape of support is evolving rapidly, and this application is a key enabler. Diib has turned out to be a very important part of our SEO toolbox. We were getting so much helpful info in regular emails that we decided to get the PRO subscription, and we are very happy that we did. One of the benefits of this company is not only that the insights and info offered are extremely helpful, but also the Growth Experts are truly there to help you. We also like that they let you know how they can help but aren't scared to tell you what you could be doing yourself to improve your sites SEO. We were paired with Aubree who was definitely in it to help us move our site forward. Her knowledge and insight were helpful in so many ways. She never acted bothered or like we were stupid when we asked something, and she didn't mind how many questions we had. She provided the type of customer service that is truly rare in today's world. I utilized the SalesBoost service. They have done a great job of making sure that my website has some extra conversion. We are on ecommerce and the setup they have is something that you can't duplicate somewhere else.

After nearly 4 years I cancelled my pro account with Diib today.

Why?
- patchy communication with frequent short notice cancellations with my allocated person, often within minutes of the scheduled time
- poor communication about issues in general
- I often had the sense he only read my emails/ actioned anything the day before our meetings
- there was talk about works that never eventuated and were never discussed

I sent an email earlier today after yet another change in schedule time providing the feedback and wondering if Diib was still right for me (he was great during Covid) only to get a simply line with no feedback or validation about my concerns "I can cancel your account if you'd like."

So I did as there is no means to cancel your sub online and no support except via a bot.

diib pro is garbage. Basically paying for a self serve tool. Waste of money and support is just a bot and doesn't help.

I paid for them to help us improve our SEO and instead I got hacked!!! My website is down, I have no access to my emails and no access to my web hosting. They had just asked me for my user and password to log into my web hosting. I knew better not to give them my personal account that has full access so I created a new limited access "technicians" account for them to use. Within hours of giving it to them, I was somehow locked out of my complete web hosting site, site down and no emails coming in or going out. Either I got hacked by their employee or they do not protect their emails and a hacker has access to their emails and has now control of my domain!!!!

Signed up for their pro service. Quality of backlinks they provided was poor, and months later they still haven't completed the second month of work. I asked to cancel and they agreed to refund the third month and two months later it still hasn't happened.

They make it extremely difficult to cancel. They use to hide the "manage plan" link all the way at the bottom of the page in a low-contrast color, and the link doesn't even work! Billing, account, and profile options have no means of canceling or changing your subscription. There's also no support!

Signed up a week ago and really impressed so far. Very pragmatic advice on how to improve your search rankings. Cuts through the mystique of SEO.

I have used diib before and have been happy with the results, this was my largest investment and it took me month to sit back and just trust the process. What they did for my website was incredible I am so happy I made the investment. I will use them again.

THEY Should really creat no star rating system cause these guy don't know what they are doing or how to do them and if I am wrong then they are pure scammer.

I paid $99 for backlinks and some other bonus and as I speak here now till this day since august not even one backlink was added infact some backlinks dropped about 2 but the same that drop came back after I made some adjustments to my website pages

At your own risk give them all your money but this is what I'd call a perfect scam, they collect your money and they won't do what they wrote and after a month they told me to pay a monthly subscription before the bonus will activate that I do not have a pro account.

Let me remind you the bonus contains the pro account and backlinks etc, when I made this payment my account remained in a free status and when I contacted them it would take at least 3 days to respond which they stopped responding.

I had to use my other email account from google mail and sent them and they responded the same day and I told them about it and they finally responding and were happy to respond because they finally had what to lead on that I have to pay a monthly subscription to activate the bonus

Diib cheated us by charging us several years for a subscription, we didn't know we had.
We got no notifications about coming charges and no receipts or invoices af the withdrawals.
They refuse to refund the amount - even though the can see in their system, that we haven't used their system those years.
They also are very reluctant to answer when we write to them. If we get a reply it must be characterized as a "no-answer" with bla-bla-bla, but no solution.

I had high hopes for this service. Sadly, you don't get much for your money, and it's confusing to cancel.

It's a glitzy-looking service, and so you think it's legit. Maybe for some people it is, but it's not clear how. Mainly you subscribe and what you get, after a short into phone call, is ads for their preimum services.

My guess is, those are more the same. I got very little value from this service. Perhaps if I had dug deeper, things would have been okay, but I don't think so.

So I go to cancel my service. Diib website says I have to go to PayPal to do that. And I go to PayPal, and guess what? PayPal website says I have to cancel it at Diib. However, PayPal did let me simply remove it as the payment for the subscription, so I'm optomistic that will work.

Still, though, it's sad, because i had high hopes for this service.

It's good service but needs to be more interesting. The scores are not very clear, and there should be more graphs in paid plans to help decision making. Furthermore, it took five months for the referenced company web page to be displayed in Diib's backlinks list. The advisor missed our meeting.
