the service is exceptionally brilliant. i purchased a product from this company in April this year. In july i encountered a problem with it. contacted Neil to explain but then went into hospital for a emergency operation. back came an instant reply to say "no problem contact again when recovered. on re-contacting Neil grasped the problem and gave me reassurance that it could be solved and have now sent the item back for investigation, even sent the return note postage at no cost. This is customer service at its best

I recently purchased a BT 4000 Big Button home cordless phone on Amazon Marketplace from this company: it was dispatched very fast and I received it a day before it was due to arrive. It was well packed and in perfect condition. Very happy with my purchase, many thanks!

May be operating under Digetel Technology Ltd (UK). Product defective, originally prepared to accept replacement. However, due to company's attitude, changed to a refund. Never buy anything from this company, as they suggested to me I may have broken it and may be charged. They also said the product didn't come with an adapter and so I may not have used the right type when in fact an adapter was provided. If you ever have to return a defective product ensure you photograph all components, as the company's go to answer is, you damaged it. To avoid dealing with their rude staff, always use the Amazon returns label. Eventually, goodwill refund by Amazon. If no refund had been received, I would have reported this dreadful company to Trading Standards. See previous reviews, absolutely disgraceful.
Brought 2 Panasonic phones and answer machine off Amazon who have this dodgy dealers on their site. The phones did not work you could not here what people were saying. We asked to return phones the sell ask if we could return directly to them because sometimes they do not get their goods back from Amazon which we did, and they will not give us the postage which was £12. I rang Panasonic and they said that model of phones and answer machine it is not available on our website as it is a 2009 model. I can not believe Amazon have people with old stock and takes postage off us for faulty goods.
Supplied a faulty product when we tried to return it the company said we needed to carry out adjustments. We declined and tried to return the faulty goods, they then stated the product had been damaged and refused a refund. Luckily amazon decided to give a full refund. Suggest you avoid this company, faulty goods and poor customer service.
Purchased a set of speakers via Amazon described as being 80 watts. The reality is they are only 11 watts and thus not suitable for my use.
Returned the goods using the Royal Mail 48 label they supplied and they deducted £12.99 from my refund and despite this being, according to the Consumer Goods Act, wrong they are refusing t9 refund in full.
A company to avoid I feel.
If I could give minus stars I would, not just abysmal customer service, i am about to involve the police.
They accused me virtually of fraud. Unfortunately for them i have a Barrister Father and know the law.
The boy was so rude. Steer clear. Hopefully i will close them down. Or at least get their knuckles rapped.

Faulty, below standard product and unprofessional procedure on product return. Would advise against trading with this particular company.
BUYER BEWARE at this on line Amazon seller! Sold me DAB radio with wireless headphones. On arrival turned out DAB needed wired connection. Digitel said that in detail (not available on Amazon site) BUYER needed to stipulate wireless. Insisted on me paying further expensive postage for return but as opened, not acceptable anyway.
Amazon initially were helpful and positive and encouraged claim, then dismissed it for no reason. Aerial snapped off radio so useless.
Be very careful buying anything from this man who is listed as director of 12 companies@
