I asked for a SureCart developer and these people answered the call on LinkedIn. They offered to refresh/update my website as well which I thought was great. A nightmare ensued... the website they made was a template job (so many revisions it isn't funny) and remember I hired the for SureCart. After over a week I couldn't take it anymore. I provided detailed instructions including drawings and they couldn't even follow or read that. Finally they gave me my money back. They also deleted my old website which worked just fine and left me with a piece of garbage I will have to pay to get redone. Their whole site is a fraud, the 1-855 number isn't even connected. I dealt with a guy called Aiden (if that is actually his real name)... agressive when confronted with their lack of advancement. Maybe not a scam but definitely not trustworthy.
Ohh and the address doesn't exist, and payment go to the UAE...

This company provided me with samples of their work that were not samples of their work. When I contacted those website owners, some said they never heard of the company other said they were approached by the company, but had refused the service.

The long story: I contacted Kevin from digitus, who was very good at outlining technical details and a plan to improve the SEO on my website. I reviewed the samples. He gave me which looked great.

I sent the deposit. However, when someone warned me that this might be a scam, I actually called up the companies who owned those webs websites, and that's when I learned that I was misrepresented.

Nevertheless, I was willing to move forward cautiously, but to the integrity of the company I requested they return my deposit first then I will know they are honorable, and then I would consider moving forward.

they promised the money would be returned within 4 to 5 business days. After eight days I realized I had been scammed.

I reached out them to offer them the opportunity to return my money, and if they do, then they're only crime would be misrepresenting that website, but not necessarily scamming money.
