Love the quality of the products at the AMAZING price! It CAN'T be beat!
The only knock I have against them is their website needs work. The search function isn't great as it gives false positives on some items, the search filters are scattered and need to be cleaned up, and items need to be corrected on their tags for the filters. The website menu also has LG and other brands listed but there are no products for those brands of devices on the website yet so it's quite confusing.

I have tried to contact you guys and only allowed to via email, the screen worked on initial plug in but after installing the screen no longer worked
Wanted some help but all I got is our policy says no returns after installing
Very disappointed
I was even willing to buy another if you could help but you guys only offered 5 dollars off

Great services and affordable the item was excellent

I placed an order on Sep 29 which was continually back ordered and DS USA could provide no ETA for the product. I found out about the back order only because I followed up after a couple of weeks. Then I repeatedly followed up for status and usually after a few days got a reply the item was still out of stock with no ETA. During the back order period I received numerous emails asking me to rate my purchase, asking how the item was working and letting me know there were only a few more in stock. The site showed the item was still in stock. I pointed all that out in a few of my follow ups but got only excuses. Finally on Nov 25 I cancelled the order and the next day received another email that the item was in stock. SERIOUSLY? I reordered and after a couple of day’s followed up and was told it was en route. I followed up today again because the DS USA site showed the order was still in process but should have shipped if it was “en route”. Today I was told what was meant by en route was that the order had been sent to the warehouse for processing. In no world is that “en route”. Now because the order won’t arrive in time for my need I’m told I’ll need to pay to ship it back. The WORST experience, although since ordering from this company I have found numerous bad comments on Reddit and elsewhere so clearly the high rating on the DS USA site is because they must remove bad reviews.

The screen I ordered was perfect. It worked great and came in the mail in the time frame that was listed. The screens that I have ordered in the past, from a different company, came in a better box. I was able to use it for screw organization. This one only came with bubble wrap. The product was great though!

No instructions for Samsung Note 8 available on web site. Back did not come with sealant tape that goes around edge so factory rated water resistant is no longer there.

Great prices, fast service, and quality parts. I will definitely be using their service again and highly recommend them.

The tri-lobe screwdriver was a little large for the screws in the iPhone XR. Please consider changing to the next size down in future.
