0 customer service . syteme down every couple of days. Lags and no refunds are given . this is incredible it sucks

Constant buffering, channels which switch programs without warning, unsynchronised audio and video
Definately NOT the best

I do not recommend this service.
It wouldn’t work. Kept trying to update and always timed out.

Reached out to customer service. Nothing. Requested a refund or cancellation, nothing. They make you fill out a form to create a ticket. But nothing ever happens with it.

Stay away from this IPTV service. Most times not working then it will work for a bit. Today it worked for 5 mins then knocked me back to the Home Screen. Multiple times I contacted them asking for a refund and got no where

paid for a year.. half the time it doesn't work.. Works in the morning, than doesn't work in the afternoon or all evening. Same excuse given by tech support - it's maintenance. I'm EST in Canada. I've used better

Stay away. Signed up for the 2hr trial to check them put since I'm thinking about changing iptv providers. Received my login name, but no login information. Contacted them 3 times via chat over 4.5 hrs. Just kept saying that I should have received it same time as login name, to submit a ticket, which I did and to be patient. On 3rd time contacting them and being told the same crap ad before. They suggested I submit a form this time and provided a link. Told them nope. If this is how they do business with a potential customer, can't imagine what they are like once they have your money. Recommend go with a different iptv provider.

I paid for a 6 month subscription on yesterday, I have yet to receive my Login information, I have reached out and have not gotten any response, very very poor business, I would like a refund of my payment

Have been using for a month now with no problems, half the price is a big bonus.To those who complain of buffering I suggest checking your internet speeds.

Sports channels have serious lag and buffering issues to the extent that games are unwatchable. If sports streaming is mainly what you are looking for, consider other options.

Terrible service - avoid ! Tried multiple networks and players and problems persist. No response to my emails requesting support . Avoid!!

Good price for IPTV without the buffering. Have tried many others and this one worked the best at half the cost. I did have an issue and they resolved it as we communicated on Whatsapp unlike many of these companies who ignore you.
