Fidelity’s service was disgraceful. I was bounced between wrong departments, stuck on long holds, and treated rudely—especially by Shay (Ext. 89154) in the Protection Department.
After this abusive treatment, I closed all my accounts with Jonathan’s help. Clients deserve dignity and respect, not frustration and disrespect.
If you value ethical service and basic courtesy, consider other companies that actually respect their customers.
