Got more than I asked for - full Office 2024 rather than just Word, followed up by quick and accurate customer service when I raised a query about activation. I'm impressed

I had problems but digital-zone were fast in resolving my error and now I am working fault free.

Bought Office 2024, after about 3 hours I got an email, not with a download link, but a set of instructions that looked like it was telling me how to get round piracy measures. I did the first instructions, copy pasted the Web address into my browser and double clicked the download link, then was told "couldn't install your copy of office 365." I wasn't trying to buy Office 365, I was trying to buy Office Professional 2024. They will probably reply to this claiming I was using a different seller and somehow claim to know who that seller was, but I have receipts and screenshot to prove I was definitely using digital-zones.com

This is now my 5th work PC setup using software and windows from digital zones. Never had an issue until the last one where my PC was playing up. They fixed it for me which was outside of their remit really, even replying at 10pm at night! Incredible.

Fast and good service. Had a slight problem with install on one macbook but they responed to email quickly and solved the problem.

When I realized I had made an error regarding authentication of my new version of Office, the support team responded well within 24 hours and got my application back to normal.

Downloaded and installed Office 2024 on a new PC/Laptop. The ordering process went well but as I had no applications on the PC I downloaded to my existing PC and then copied the link via Wordpad document and a USB stick.

The new PC then decided it would update just about everything. I left the machine alone for about 30 minutes and then opened the link and the installer started installing the complete office suite. I opened 'Word' and it asked for the license key which I typed in from the delivery email. It worked flawlessly.

What didn't go wrong is the question. This company is a Big Fat Scammer. Do not buy from them.

I recently updated my iMac to the a new Mac Mini, following the migration I had some issues with the Office for Mac license which I'd purchased for the iMac from Digital-Zones.
I emailed the Support Team and received a response within 30 mins. The response contained straightforward step-by-step instructions for me to follow and BINGO....Office for Mac was up and running in no time on my new device.
