Veränderung der Firmendaten
Nachdem Spotify die Lizenzzahlungen meines Labels bestätigt hat, "Dig Dis" allerdings gibt erheblich andere Zahlen an (ca. 10% der Streams), habe ich dazu aufgefordert, mir eine detaillierte Aufstellung der Einnahmen zuzusenden (wie im Urheberrechtsgesetz verankert). "Dig Dis" ist darauf nicht eingegangen und somit wurde der Vertrag meinerseits, außerordentlich und fristlos gekündigt! Ich habe nochmals schriftlich dazu aufgefordert und ebenso keine Antwort erhalten. Nun werde ich dies öffentlich machen und habe eine Anwaltskanzlei mit den weiteren Schritten beauftragt, mit dem Zusatz der Steuerhinterziehung. Da ich für die Versteuerung verantwortlich bin, werde ich alles in Bewegung setzen! Das gleiche Problem gibt es bei div. Labels.
GVL ist ebenso darüber informiert! Da "Dig Dis" nicht als Firma eingetragen ist, verhärten sich die Vorwürfe gegen "Music Mail Tonträger GmbH".
(Positive Bewertungen hier bitte genau lesen, wenig glaubhaft)
nachtrag:
ich habe sämtliche schreiben an Musik Mail Tonträger GmbH gerichtet und mir ist bewusst das der Vertrag nicht mit Dig Dis geschlossen wurde...... wie ich bereits geschrieben habe.
weder Dig Dis! noch Music Mail Tonträger GmbH ist bereit dazu, mir eine detailierte Auflistung der durch mich generierten Einnahmen zuzusenden. Dies ist eindeutig im Urheberrechtsgesetz verankert!
Ich habe sämtlichen schriftverkehr ausführlich dokumentiert und bereits beglaubigt.
Spotify hat mir schriftlich die abgerechneten Streams (Streamshare) bestätigt. Mein Account wurde entgegen der Absprache gelöscht. die mir per E-mail zugesandte, detaillierte Auflistung wurde nachweislich verändert und eine schriftliche Auflistung (wie es für eine Firma üblich ist, zum Nachweis beim Finanzamt) habe ich nicht erhalten.
Somit ist weder eine korrekte Abrechnung und ebenso die Versteuerung nicht möglich!

Die Abrechnungen basieren ausschließlich auf den Daten, die uns die Plattformen wie Spotify übermitteln. Alle relevanten Informationen wurden Ihnen ordnungsgemäß zur Verfügung gestellt.
Ihre Behauptungen bezüglich Steuerhinterziehung entbehren jeglicher Grundlage und weisen wir entschieden zurück. Wir behalten uns rechtliche Schritte gegen falsche und rufschädigende Aussagen vor.

worked with many distributors with my label. I'm so happy I onboarded with digdis! It feels great to have real people I know their names and they know mine. Technical the uploading process and Label management portal works fine. If you take your music business serious, digdis is the perfect partner for distribution

My Label was closed
My Label was closed, without giving the possibility of clarification, and giving time to change management.
If a track ends up in a Bot playlist on Spotify, it is not the Label's fault.
I conclude, despite all the difficulty that must be faced now, they do not return royalties to you.

We take the issue of artificial streaming very seriously because it causes real harm—not just to us but to the whole music community. When platforms detect fake streams, they often withhold or take back royalties, which creates significant financial losses for us and affects the support we can provide to other artists and labels.
Unfortunately, despite a previous warning, there were repeated issues with artificial streaming linked to your account. Because of this, we had no choice but to end our partnership to maintain fairness for everyone we work with.

The pricing should be re-managed, as for only 3 fast-lanes & 15€ a month is little too much and the distribution process is still 1 week.
But the support on other side is top tier. They will help with anything, fast responses and great staff.

Regarding your comment about fastlane: Since working with shorter release lead times usally reduces the chances for features and placements, we have decided to introduce fees for all releases with a shorter lead time than the one recommended by the platforms we work with.
