Very bad experiences overall. Had a few working keys but most of them are just being resold all over the place. It's a matter of who redeems first. Refunds are not given, support is very slow and always rules in favor of the seller/supplier. Avoid at all costs.

habe hier gute Erfahrung gemacht, nur leider ging was mit dem Erst Key schief aber nach kurzer zeit wurde mir wirklich Freundlich Geholfen und habe mein Win 10 IoT Enterprise LTSC Schlüssel bekommen, die bis 2032 supported wird, und dass für knapp 6€ ich bin Absolut happy kann Diffmark Weiterempfehlen.

I wanted to leave an honest review of my experience with this vendor after purchasing a 12-month YouTube Premium subscription.

At first everything seemed fine, but over time it became clear that this was not a genuine stable 12-month subscription as expected. Instead, I was repeatedly moved between different family accounts every month, causing constant interruptions, loss of access, and the inconvenience of having to repeatedly switch accounts.

This was extremely frustrating and not what most customers would reasonably expect when purchasing a “12-month subscription.” I understand occasional issues can happen, but in this case the disruptions appeared to be a normal part of how the service operates.

When I raised concerns, I was repeatedly given excuses that these interruptions were part of their policy and due to “Google policy changes,” rather than the issue being properly resolved. The responses felt dismissive and more focused on justifying the situation instead of acknowledging how inconvenient and misleading the experience was from a customer perspective.

The situation became so frustrating that I eventually had to mention escalating the matter further and raising concerns about potential misconduct before any meaningful progress was made. In the end, I had to escalate the issue through the marketplace itself in order to obtain a refund, as I was unable to get a proper resolution directly from the vendor despite multiple discussions.

To be fair, the marketplace eventually stepped in and processed the refund, which I appreciate. However, the overall experience left me feeling misled about the nature and reliability of the service being sold.

Based on my personal experience, I would strongly advise others to fully understand exactly how these subscriptions operate before committing to a long-term purchase through this vendor.

Avoid at all costs. Seller newgame plus are refusing to send product and refusing to send refund until ive removed a negative review off here. I’ve had to resort reporting to the police. Diffmark themselves side with the seller and give basic bot replies so my advice is avoid completely.

i`ve made a purchase of 27 euro, and after i paid the seller didnt have the product so i asked for a refund on my payment method never got my money back, trought my bank i made a chargebakck

This web site is a scam. The seller ad said the office key would activate in any country it would not activated. After running me around in circles changing codes, getting phone activation's and then a reinstall they provided another key which had been activated too many times. Lodged a dispute for a refund and all i got 3 days latter was a msg on their portal that it was decided not in my favour. web site and the seller SOFTVIP are complete scammers and rip offs.

This site is a scam, indicating they sell product keys for Youtube Premium, which are in fact illegal account sharing schemes. Upon raising this they refuse to return the money. Avoid, unless you want to loose your money.

Proffesional scammers, it is complety designed to scam the user and ask for more time meanwhile they run with de money. Please avoid it not to loose the money as I did

Ordered 2 steam keys and seller provided me gog keys instead.

The dodgy seller's account is 'AvalonGaming'. DO NOT USE THEM!!

I will be contacting the developers of the games with the keys I received and asking them to revoke/blacklist all the keys bought under the same account(s), I suggest everyone else do the same and report this scammer to shut him down.

His response when I made a refund request was "we can't resell keys marked as sold". Do not buy from this guy.

Edit 1: If you are posting a review here (note: the profile name here "Diffmark" - with 2 f's), please make sure you also post your review on their profile "Difmark.com" on trustpilot also, which is their main account here on trustpilot to warn others.

Edit 2: I've just heard back from their "support" team for my case and they just told me to go to gog.com to redeem my gog key they sent me (ignoring the fact, I ordered a steam key). They claim a 100% response to claims because they just fob you off.

j ai voulu avoir un jeux digital. cela etait ecris que je recevrait un compte mais on ne me l a pas donner. le vendeur sur diffmark m a plutot demander de suivre un lien internet et un code QR. cela semble tres dangereux de faire cela. j ai donc refuser et demander un remboursement. le vendeur a refuser de rembourser. aucune reponse de diffmark dans toute la journee a mon message. cela ressemble a un scammer qui veut voler mes informations. plus jamais diffmark pour moi. je recommande d eviter ce site.

Bought game asked selling for acc details got told its not in stock even though he keeps selling it asked for a refund he told me to choose a diffrent game even though i just want a refund

Ich habe einen Key für Disney Plus im guten glauben gekauft und im nachgang nur Zugang(email und Passwort) für einen Account erhalten, welcher direkt nicht funktionierte. Das Spiel wiederholte sich insgesamt 4 x mit immer unterschiedlichen Zugangsdaten und immer mit dem selbsne ergebnis, nämlich, dass es nicht geht. Der Kundensupport hat natürlich für den Verkäufer gestimmt und meinen Streifall als unbegründet abgelehnt. Ich habe die Zahlung gottseidank über die Kreditkarte Stoppen können, aber mein Fazit: Finger Weg !!! Es scheint so, das abfefischte Zugangsdaten hier missbräuchlich verkauft werden.

Thought I was buying a steam key as I searched for literally a steam key for the game I wanted saw this was cheap so bought it. Turns out these guys are selling accounts which I'm pretty sure is not allowed. I got an account and it stated that it's important not to change the password/login which gives me a gut feeling they plan to lock any users out of these accounts due to a video I watched by a guy called game tester. Anyway the sellers message just sounds real shady on top of that I was searching for keys when this came up I don't like it. I feel gutted and honestly won't be logging in. I bought the game myself anyway normally when they took way past time to deliver within supposedly 15mins which turned out to be nearly a whole day. You ever hear of a this site (Difmark) avoid at all costs. Real shady.

Oszuści. Ewidentnie kradzione konta. Ja to możliwe, że w świecie gdzie obowiązuje prawo coś takiego ma miejsce od wielu lat. SCAM!!!!!

Absolut illegal. Erst wird dir der "digitale Zugang" verkauft was sich hinterher als mehrfache Weitergabe , Sharing oder Vermietung eines fremden Accounts herausstellt. Ich habe sehr lange versucht eine Rückerstattung zu erhalten, vergeblich. Ich habe auch den Support aufmerksam gemacht mit Video, das das Vorgehen verboten ist, und auch die Nintendo Richtlinien geteilt. Keine Reaktion. Sie sagen es ist Merchandising und legal. Ich habe die Finger davon gelassen und nicht verknüpft . Ich gehe nun rechtlich dagegen vor.
Statt eines Codes erhielt ich Zugangsdaten zu einem geteilten Account, der mehrfach verkauft wurde – damit kein exklusiver Zugriff. Der Verkäufer lehnte eine Rückerstattung ab, und ich musste über meine Kreditkarte stornieren. Ich kann diesen Anbieter leider nicht empfehlen
