Took over two weeks of consistent phone…
Took over two weeks of consistent phone calls to get my entire kit. First shipped from Canada and got it in 4 days but that’s just the tuner. I called. Oh ya sorry about that the rest will be shipping tomorrow. We’re sorry. A week later just the egr shows up. Call again oh ya sorry about that the exhaust is out of stock but we’ll be getting one in today and shipping out right away. Next day get shipping notice but package isn’t moving. Call again oh ya we dropped it off with fed ex. They are wrong it’s on the way. 4 more days. Call again on ya it’s coming fed ex is wrong. Call fed ex nope no package. Call again. Oh ya sorry our shipping rep informed us there’s a glitch and will update tomorrow. Ok. Tomorrow magically ships. So the entire time we waited for fed ex to fix it. No it’s was these guys lying not having the part and covering for themselves. I have no issues with parts not being in stock and having to wait but right when you start lying about it shame on you.
TO THE REPLY. NO THERE WAS NO WEATHER DELAYS IN SOUTHER CALIFORNIA AND THAT WS NEVER A DISCUSSION I WILL POST ALL OF THE EMAILS NEVER WAS A TOPIC YOU LIED AND ARE TRYING TO COVER IT UP. OWN IT OR I WILL POST THEM ALL FOR ALL TO SEE.

We’re sorry to hear your experience didn’t go as expected. Your kit included three separate items, which were shipped individually to minimize transit risks. Unfortunately, one of the shipments was delayed due to severe weather disruptions at one of our warehouses.
We reached out via email and explained that the delays were caused by extreme weather conditions, which forced temporary warehouse closures and created a backlog for the carrier. This was a rare and exceptional case, and unfortunately, it was beyond our control.
Nevertheless we take full responsibility for your experience. While shipping was completely free, we also issued a $50 refund on March 31, 2025, as a goodwill gesture — though it wasn’t mentioned in your review.
We truly regret the inconvenience and appreciate your feedback. It helps us improve.

Needed to purchase a pipe and I loved
Needed to purchase a pipe and I loved everything: I mean the customer service and the Pipe and the shipping as well. But it was pretty complicated for me to install this, spent like 2 days for that. It could be easier if you could include installation as an additional service for those who are not awared how to do that themselves. About the Pipe - it made my truck a new breath so it was worth it for sure
