I placed my order on the 8/10/25 and it says it has arrived in my country (12 days after the order was placed..) but the tracking code shows nothing, as if the shipment doesn’t even exist. I contacted customer service and still haven’t heard anything back. Then I got a mail from them asking me to rate the items I haven’t recieved :)) This is not looking good, probably a scam.

Bought a "sterling silver" ring in 2022 and received a coated zinc alloy one that would oxidize on my fingers, would attach photos as I still have them and am still frustrated with this buy 3 years later. The ring was even stamped with 925, complete ripoff

Prodotto di scarsa qualità, dopo nemmeno un mese di utilizzo lo scapolare si è spezzato a metà senza nessuna apparente spiegazione o senza nessuna evidente rottura causata da me.
Servizio clienti anch’esso pessimo. Al mio reclamo mi è stato proposto di inviare a mie spese l’articolo indietro per un eventuale riparazione. In alternativa mi hanno proposto di portarlo in una gioielleria per risolvere il mio problema.
Pessimi.

If i could put - 10 stars i would. Not only it took them more than a month for the items to arrive but the quality was so bad! Very very cheap looking and different from what you see online somehow. Its definitely not stainless steel as the weight is extremely light and it looks very cheap.

One star even tho I still haven’t checked the products.
I placed my order on November 28th. It’s 15 December and I still haven’t received anything nor any update.

J’ai commandé pour environ 100 € d’articles. La commande est arrivée avec quatre jours de retard.
À la réception, je découvre qu’il y a dans le paquet trois articles sur cinq.
Le service client ne fait rien pour m’envoyer les deux articles manquants. De sûr je ne passerai plus jamais commande sur ce site

Don't buy from them, I had to send several e-mails before they finally ship my order, I ordered a stone ring and when I openned the box the stone was not even glued to the ring ?? I had to buy expensive jewelry glue to fix it myself, that shows how much they care for they products. don't waste your time.
