Service réservation impeccable avec toutes les informations fournies en temps et en heure. House keepers chaque jour ok mais quelques passages d'aspirateur auraient été bien venus. En revanche, je ne suis pas aussi positif sur la villa. Je m'explique : villa moderne bien placée avec une belle piscine mais qui demanderait de grosses améliorations à beaucoup de niveaux car cela gêne le confort durant un séjour. Premièrement, le terrain n'est pas entretenu. Rien à voir avec la photo et les mauvaises herbes sont partout - quasiment impossible de passer même pour se rendre dans la dépendance. Deuxièmement, les douches : une horreur !! Pas de pression du tout dans les 3 salles de bain de la maison et surtout refoulement des bondes avec des résidus noirs dégoutants à chaque douche... C'est insupportable pour une villa de ce niveau. De plus, les salles de bain ne sont pas équipées pour poser les savons, serviettes et autre... Pas pratique ! Enfin, le fait que les SDB et les chambres soient au Rez de chaussée (du style sous sol) créé une humidité permanente avec une odeur désagréable. D'ailleurs la présence multiple de système de captage d'humidité dans chaque pièce du bas en est la preuve... Troisièmement, pas d’éclairage extérieur sur la terrasse - c'est vraiment dommage car l'endroit est magnifique. Quatrièmement, il faut apporter des modifications à l'équipement : barbecue quasiment hors de service, pas de sonorisation type bluetooth avec un son clair et correct (celui fourni est un système sono qui ne fonctionne pas bien), chaises du salon branlante à changer, etc... En résumé, une belle villa sur le papier dans un environnement agréable dans laquelle nous avons passé 8 jours mais trop chère pour les prestations fournies sans les modifications sur les problèmes ci-dessus. Important : villa peu adaptée pour des enfants de moins de 12 ans.

What a beautiful place to be! We spent 4 weeks in Sicily this autumn, 6 days in your villa Domizia. This is by far the best place we were. Great owners, super nice beach in Bovo Marina. Why travel to southeast asia or the caribean if you can have a much better place so close. We will definitely come back. Great thanks to the so lovely owners Domizia&Antonio.

We are now, finally, going to Sicily and reached out to DiCasainSicilia to see if the villa was available. They responded immediately. It was. All of our dealings have been very positive. My wife and I spent four wonderful weeks in Villa Carolina, Noto in September 2022, with friends and family. Situated in the hills overlooking the beautiful baroque city of Noto, Villa Carolina is ideally located to explore the architectural wonders of the south east region of Sicily. This stylish 19th century property is in need of a little modernisation but our charming hosts Roberta and Luigi were quick to deal with the few issues that we experienced. The pool is large and provided with plentiful chairs and loungers. For lovers of a sunset, there is also a west-facing terrace - just perfect for an early evening cocktail. The local community is quiet but boasts a mini-market, a bar and an excellent pizzeria (you will need to book), all within a five minute walk of the villa. The centre of Noto with its elegant palaces, churches, galleries and restaurants is just a 10 minute drive away, although you might prefer to take a taxi if you want to take full advantage of the city's hospitality. The beautiful white sand beaches of San Lorenzo are a 30 minute drive and well worth the effort - be prepared to pay 13 euros per person at Lido Agua Beach for a full day with excellent toilets, showers, beach bar and restaurant. We also suggest that you find some time to visit Avola with its excellent fish restaurants. It was a wonderful holiday and we thank Roberta and Luigi (and their gorgeous baby daughter Victoria), for making it extra special. Angela and Robert, Oxford, England

Abbiamo soggiornato più settimane in questa casa magnifica, appena ristrutturata con grande cura, attrezzata con materiale di pregio, godendo della vista del mare dalle grandi vetrate che si aprono direttamente sull'acqua.
Il proprietario e tutti i suoi collaboratori hanno reso ancora più bello il soggiorno, prendendosi cura di noi con una presenza e un'attenzione familiare.
L'unica mancanza rispetto a quanto promesso sul sito dell'agenzia, che era la ragione principale della nostra scelta, l'impossibilità di accedere direttamente al mare dalla casa, a meno di pericolosi equilibrismi sugli scogli, che non ci siamo arrischiati a compiere. Ci siamo consolati usufruendo della vasca idromassaggio. Per il mare, si può andare a piedi a una piccola spiaggia vicina, che però è spesso vittima di alghe, o in auto a una spiaggia molto grande e bella a 1 km di distanza.
Ancora grazie di cuore al proprietario e a chi collabora con lui, che con la loro disponibilità e gentilezza hanno reso meno frustrante questa mancanza!
