High-quality spices, and I appreciate their support of local farmers. What I am giving only three stars for is the customer experience. I was placing an order that was left abandoned because I was looking for specific things that I could not find. They were quick to email me about finishing my order, but when I responded asking about what I was looking for I got a Robo answer that was of no help. I felt that the whole image of a small business, their "story" and "personal interactions" with you, is just marketing. I say this because I have interactions with another business bigger than them that provide me fresh fish, and they will actually read my emails and respond within a day or two. That's why they have my business.

I have repeatedly tried to cancel my subscription but continue to get charged for deliveries of products I no longer wish to receive. I have tried to contact the como both by phone and email and have not been able to reach them.

I love Diaspora Spice and everything they stand for! The spices are unusually fresh and flavorful - the Turmeric and Ginger are much better than those from other spice companies. I appreciate they they pay their suppliers fair prices and they cut out the “middle people” to get spices to us more quickly. Great company!
