FRAUDULENT SELLERS! DO NOT PURCHASE!
I purchased a clover bracelet from Diana Hampton, although the quality was as described after 6 months the clasps holding the individual clovers started to lift and the product started to tarnish (brown colour).
According to Diana Hampton website and quoted by themselves, products are water proof and tarnish free.
I contacted the seller numerous times over a month where messages were ignored/ automated responses sent. When I finally got through I was told I would not be entitled to any replacement or refund as I purchased last year. I asked them to explain the one year guarantee policy which was still in date and still is to which I have had no response. The website states Diana Hampton will replace any item should the customer experience any defects in craftsmanship or breakage one year from purchase date. I turned up to their address that they are displaying on their website and social media, 91 Wimpole street, Marylebone, this is a FAKE. They do not exist in this office and are using the address fraudulently. The ladies behind the desk were in shock along with myself and advised me to report them to my bank as a fraudulent transaction and try to get a refund as the goods I received were not as described. They were also reporting the fraudulent use of address on their end.
Now looking back I should have realised this was a fake because of the responses from Diana Hampton.
