After seeing an eye catching video on Instagram, we decided to get a quote from Diamond Shutters.
We’ve just had two bay windows fitted with Cafe style solid shutters. They look fantastic, even better than we expected, They have completely transformed the look of the house inside & out.
Excellent service from start to finish, would 100% recommend.

Just had 5 shutters fitted today 3/10/23 by Tom & Ollie ,we are over the moon with them, the lads did a fantastic job , with no mess.
Diamond shutters came recommended by a neighbour.
I was gonna fit them myself , however after shopping around Diamond shutters came in as cheap or cheaper supplied fitted with a guarantee than all the other companies which was a no brainier for us.
From Start to finish the whole process was hassle free.
We went for the Z frame 50/50 split shutters, they come with a lovely feature architrave which looks fantastic.
The quality has exceeded our expectations, the shutters have transformed the rooms.

I’ve just had my living room bay window and main bedroom fitted with blinds. They look even better than I expected and have completely transformed the house. I used this company to fit shutters in my bedrooms and dining room 7 years ago when I moved into my current house. I was so pleased with the service then I did not even bother to obtain other quotes when I decided to have additional shutters fitted in my other rooms; I went straight back to Diamond Shutters. From Jane who took my order, to Lee who came round to measure up, to the fitters Tom and Olly, everyone was polite, courteous, friendly, punctual and highly professional. The fitters were super-fast and left everywhere clean and tidy when they had finished. The new shutters are an exact match to my existing ones, you couldn’t tell that they were not all fitted at the same time and have completed the look of my house. It’s rare to find a company providing such excellent service. Would highly recommend.

We moved to a house with windows that are 34 years old. We want new windows but it’s not a priority as other stuff needs doing first. Diamond blinds came out and measured up. I said I want cheap and cheerful as they won’t fit the new windows. 10 windows £190 . I can’t believe how nice they are . The difference to the house is unbelievable. I had all of the front of house windows done with diamond shutters and was so impressed I rang them the following week to book in for the whole back of the house to get done they came round quoted me and shutters were ordered ready shipped and fitted after a couple of months I would highly recommend diamond shutters exceptional quality value for money and all there fitters also take exceptional pride in their job. good job diamond shutters and the rest of the team.

Diamond Shutters were recommended to me by a colleague who praised them so highly I didn't even bother looking elsewhere. They did not disappoint. From first contact with the sales team, surveyors and finally the fitters James & Dan (impressive hoover skills!!!), all professional, very friendly and punctual. Loving the shutters and would not hesitate to recommend.

Over the last few years we have used Diamond Shutters to eventually do not only all of our house but also my mothers home. Prior to installing our first shutters, we spoke to a few installers, ranging from sole traders to some nation wide companies. The nationwide installers really only cared about the sale, sadly the sole traders we spoke to never really followed up after the visit, as we didn't have straight forward requirements, and could clearly see we are demanding customers looking for 1st class customer service and quality workmanship. Price is not a key factor, yet Diamond are certainly market competitive in our view.
Diamond took it all in their stride, have a physical showroom to talk to people and see the actual product.
I'm not an easy customer to work with, yet Diamond live up to their name and relish taking on, a not so straightforward project. Simply first class all round in every aspect, and to top it all, very friendly people alongside everything they do. Simply a high clarity "Diamond" company!

Excellent service from initial assessment and costing through to communication and friendly advice. The installation was excellent, with no mess left after the event. I wished all trades were like this. The shutters are of excellent quality with a great finish.

The people at Diamond Shutters are friendly, helpful and efficient. The survey was quick and painless following which we visited the showroom to see the shutters "in situ". They were then delivered and fitted in the agreed timescale and the fitting was also friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend.
