Poor response from customer service
I find their communication to be extremely disappointing. I sent numerous emails with a change of ring size and no reply received.
I also selected a different delivery address and what a mistake!!! They require ID, proof of address, completed letter with instructions that its OK to deliver to that new address etc etc. I selected my work address.
And to make matters worse, I have now sent the required information twice but yet again - no reply. No one has confirmed this is ok to proceed with the order.
Surprising the lack of response from them when spending such big money on jewellry

We are sorry to hear of this experience concerning response. We can confirm a member of our team have reached out to follow up on this. If the shipping address is placed to be the same as the billing address (as per the payment method used) this drastically reduces the risk that the purchase made is fraudulent. However, if the shipping address is different, this raises the likelihood. Therefore for the verification of the purchase not being fraudulent, we request documentation to verify the customer placing the order. This process is in place because we take matters like this seriously to ensure not only confidence for ourselves but for our customers as well

Quality pieces at good price
We had a great experience with Agnieska, who was very friendly and helpful with suggestions and matching ring for me as a special request. I recommend that you do extensive research on their website before attending your appointment, as the options for viewing are limited. However, if you know what you want and are flexible, you’ll get a quality piece of jewellery at a reasonable cost. The order tracking and shipping was also excellent.

I had the most amazing experience with The Diamond Factory Cork when creating my engagement ring. From start to finish, the service was absolutely exceptional.
I worked closely with Jana to design a bespoke ring, and she truly brought my dream ring to life. She was so knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to every little detail. Nothing ever felt rushed, and I felt completely supported throughout the whole process.
The quality, craftsmanship, and overall experience exceeded all my expectations. Seeing the finished ring for the first time was such a special moment, and it was even more perfect than I imagined.

Wrong description&so delicate one broke while removing it.
Earrings were not the size specified&then when one broke after wearing only a few times they wouldn't replace it,I'd have to send it out of the country at my own expense. I ended up paying a local jeweller to repair it.

Please note that any items that have been repaired and altered by a third party jeweller unfortunately voids the warranty and we would not be able to offer any further repairs for this.

I highly recommend the Diamonds Factory Cork. While searching for the perfect engagement ring I booked an appointment to pop in to the showroom where we were greeted by Jana. She was so friendly and welcoming and made us feel right at ease. I felt like she took the time to understood my style and what kind of rings I would like which made the process so easy for me. She thoroughly explained everything about the diamonds, from styles, shapes and much more. I didn’t feel pressured to pick something and really felt my whole experience was really personalised to me. Thanks to Jana, I have the most beautiful engagement ring, better than I could have ever imagined. My ring was delivered within the expected time, which I was delighted with as I thought the lead up to Christmas might cause delays. All around I cannot recommend Jana at the Diamonds Factory enough, she is amazing!
