Bought online, excellent collection of designs and service.

The quality is good, but size was bigger than we requested. They completely ignore messages and there is no customer service, apparently!! Disappointed =/

I would not order from this company again, I made my purchase on March 1st, two pairs of earrings, I had not received any update so on my order so on March 16 I contacted the help desk querying where my order was and was advised that the payment had not gone through and I they could send me a payment link again, the payment had gone through, this was not my fault in any way but yet I had to wait two weeks after I made the purchase for the product to start production resulting in me only receiving my order today 16th April. I already reviewed this but have just got another email to review, maybe it's because I purchased two items.

Was definitely unsure about ordering an engagement ring online. I did a virtual meeting with the team in Dublin. Everyone was very helpful. Although I was advised 3 weeks wait, it was 4 weeks wait for the ring to arrive. The ring and value of which I paid, it was a good decision to go with Diamond factory. Definitely would do business with them again.

We had the best experience here. We went to the Diamond Factory in Limerick. All the staff were so lovely to deal with, Jemima and Mancy in particular is who we dealt with. The whole experience was customised for me to pick my ring. Everyone was very helpful and made the day very comfortable and easy. I got to pick the cut clarity carot and band that I wanted and hadn't been able to find in the traditional retailers. Would like to thank all the staff in the Diamond Factory Limerick and would highly recommend to anyone looking for engagement, wedding or any ring that you want to personalise.

We picked my engagement ring in diamonds factory in Galway. Initially we were met by Lucie who talked us through everything diamonds and this was so interesting and it was very apparent she knew her stuff.

Then we met Brianna and we are so greatful to have ordered the ring and after 4 weeks we collected it today. It is so beautiful and was such an easy process. I can’t stop looking at it. It came with warranty and certification which when searched came back perfect on the IGI website and we even got a few extra additional surprises with my ring by the makers of my ring. Thank you.

Very easy to use the website and choose your diamond jewellery. I love that it’s custom made and the quality and the price is amazing. Definitely will choose another beautiful piece in the future!

Got my dream ring from Diamond Factory in Galway and the girls were just so so lovely from the first appointment all the way through to collection they couldn’t have been more helpful, no pressure, no pushing, just a lovely calm experience with them listening so well to exactly what I wanted and they definitely made my dream ring 😍😍🥰

I had a disappointing experience with Diamond Factory. I purchased a diamond ring online Order No: IE12431/1 and wanted to use their advertised 30-day free resize service. I emailed customer support to ask about the procedure and how to send the ring back, address, contact number.. but I never received a response.

It’s frustrating when a company promotes after-sales support but doesn’t follow through when customers need help. Because of the lack of communication and support, my experience has been very poor.

I had a fantastic experience at the Diamond Factory in the Powerscourt Centre, Dublin, thanks to Leah. She was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process—from placing the order to collecting the diamond ring.
Leah was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely attentive, making sure everything was just right. She took the time to answer all my questions and made what could have been a stressful decision feel easy and enjoyable.
Her professionalism and friendly approach really stood out, and it made the whole experience feel personal and special. I’m absolutely delighted with the ring and very grateful for Leah’s excellent service. Highly recommend!

Ordering was easy in their shop in powescourt, they were helpful and attentive. I was advised 3 weeks for manufacture and delivery and it took 7. There was little communication as to what the delay was and had I not been into the shop this would have made me nervous given how expensive the item was. Also if someone was hoping to have a diamond for a specific date for a gift it is not a reliable service timing wise.
