Customer service was so helpful..!
I usually don't write reviews but I had to for this one.I ordered an Emporio Armani watch and accidentally put the wrong apartment number in my address. i emailed their support team in a total panic and they were SO helpful.
They were able to contact the courier and sorted it all out for me. The watch arrived the next day. It's perfect and the service was just incredible seriously!

Don't buy from this company
I bought it on this website in 2022 and it was great, the watch looks good and I was happy. Tried to buy it again as a Christmas present, 1 month before using the Escrow. A problem with Escrow authenticating my account but after 2 weeks I was able to sort and then Dialout didn't do what was supposed to do to proceed with the purchase so I had to cancel my order. Tried to give it another chance and buy it for Valentine's, again 1 month before via Bank transfer, and after 2 weeks without any update, I sent an email. They reply despatch can take 10 to 15 days after payment. Today sent another email asking for the tracking and they are saying it will take another 10 to 15 days to despatch the watch. Their website doesn't say that it takes 10 to 15 days to despatch, they FAQ days "The estimated delivery time worldwide is 7-9 workday days after payment received – times may slightly vary regarding the delivery location and shipping conditions".
That is disrespectful to customers not to update them.
DON'T BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.
Very disappointing because my partner really liked his first watch.

Tag Heuer Aquaracer
Bought a Tag Heuer Aquaracer with green dial and after further examining the watch, it obviously is a fake. Very well made, but still a fake. Never buy anything from this shop! I made an expensive mistake, I hope no-one else does the same.
Edit: after i wrote this review, they accepted return and I have received full refund.

Excellent experience with this company!
Orders made have been delivered on time, great condition on all watches and their packaging. Shipping is even quicker than other places where these products were ordered previously. Needed to exchange one of the watches for one order, this was done promptly with the help of customer service. Well done!

Very happy with the service..
Purchased numerous watches as gifts for coworkers. Even thought they offered free shipping, the products came in timely manner.
Products themselves where well packed and delivered without any issues. Definitely a great value for the money - Excellent discount.

No refund
I made an order of huge amount. I did an inspection comparing with authentic and I found that watches of Dialoutlet were obviously different. I asked this seller to refund, but no reply to e-mail, no one answered a phone call. I lost a lot of money. Do not buy from him.

We always send our distributed products to expertise to be sure about authenticity because we need to be sure that our provided products are always authentic. After providing large quantity of watches every month and also working with stock liquidation models. The faulty item rate meaning that the wathes could be somewhat different from the authentic therefore if for some reason such situations arrise it is important for us to receive these products in order to inspect the again and asses the situation.
