DIALECT Fragrances Omdömen

Order #33871 I ordered 4 bottles of fragrance on the buy one get one free offer, 2 were not to our taste so returned them, dialect refused to refund anything, suggesting they had decided the two returned, were the free ones, instead of refunding one so I have not received the buy one get one free offer, they refuse to communicate and do not reply so I have no option to now return the two I intended to keep and pay for. Scam company, don't trust them

**Update**
Dialect contacted me as a result of my review and have now rectified the problem, issued my refund and offered compensation

Fabulous perfume, I’ve been buying it for a few years.

Love the perfume from here. I always purchase Amber Fusion and I get many comments on it. I recently purchased 2 more bottles, one for me and one as a gift but unfortunately Royal Mail being as reliable as they are lost the package. I contacted Dialect to report the issue and they replaced my order in a timely manner to make sure the gift arrived on time. They are a great company. Customer service is excellent and I will always purchase my fragrances from here.

Delivery fast and safetly packed. No problems with this company, great service!

Eco friendly packaging, no tape. Perfumes exactly as expected.

Many people have commented on my wife's perfume

Awful !! So disappointed
I’ve been purchasing your product for over two years
My latest order was very disappointing
Not the same smell and the colour is orange I have been trying to send it back to you but feel I’m hitting a brick wall 🥲🥲🥲🥲🥲🥲😡

Excellent product 👌

Dialect fragrances are now my new go to!
I ordered 2 fragrances with the buy 1, get 1 free offer…Amber Infusion which I’d run out of & love & Basil Lemonade which was new to me. Because I wasn't keen on Basil Lemonade, I was able to return the fragrance with the post free 14 day return guarantee & order a different 1. Peach brûlée is on its way!!😊

I ordered the wrong fragrance and it’s not suitable

The perfume had changed from clear to a amber colour and does not smell the same

Always a pleasure to deal with this business and love their products. You didn’t disappoint this time either - thank you.

Product changed in colour, fragrance and wears off within minutes. Great shame loved all my other purchases of favourite fragrance.

The fragrance i ordered had no scent to it at all. Very disappointed. Regret ordering two bottles. Previous purchase of same order was great in comparison. People often asked what perfume i was wearing and complimented the smell. This last order will be the LAST order. Pointless applying any on.

Great items it’s the second time I have bought from Dialect and this time I got 2 for 1 which was an added bonus very pleased indeed

It was easy to reorder some of my favourite perfumes and also seek out a new unisex scent for my son.
The price is so good and I bought these using the offer..

This is the third time I have ordered from this company and I am delighted with the perfume. It really is very good value for money.
I tried the original expensive version and preferred the Dialect fragrances one!.
Came well packaged and on time.
Would recommend

Made a mistake with my order and dialect honoured the buy one get one free with no issues

I've bought from yourself before but this time, the liquid in all 4 bottles of the same fragrance, is a completely different colour and doesn't seem to smell or last the same as my previous purchase
I'm now wondering if I have the wrong bottles
