My interaction would dial a vet was excellent. It is what I would expect from a veterinarian. I told them what was going on with my dog at the vet and they pretty much said everything that my vet said which impressed me very much.

Extremely helpful and to the point. Told me exactly what to do.

It was very helpful and whenever I had trouble explaining what was happening, they helped ask questions to make it easier for me to explain listened and gave me extremely helpful advice.

Great experience with Dial a Vet. They helped me with guidance on giving my dog her heartworm medication a week early and were very helpful and reassuring. Highly recommend!

Emi is a phenomenal vet; they provided clear guidance during the consultation and via a follow-up email, she has a great bedside manner and you can tell that she genuinely loves animals.

Dr. M was so very nice to talk to and she was very caring about my dog’s welfare. She gave me some great advice concerning skin allergies that I wasn’t aware of; for example frequent vacuuming of dust mites from the environment, giving my dog a vinegar rinse after his bath, and drying him completely so as to avoid a wet environ for the infection to proliferate in. We discussed renal concerns, and she cautioned me against giving my senior dog too much meat along with his dog food. She noted my concern with giving my elderly dog new medications for arthritis and suggested some homeopathic remedies to try. Thank you for this free consult and I will definitely keep this service in mind for any future veterinary concerns. The only slight problem I had was understanding every word over the phone, but this wasn’t a major problem and Dr M spelled some words for me when this was an issue. An excellent experience, thank you very much.

Dr. Prudente was thorough, kind, patient and understanding. She asked me all the right questions to assess the situation with my cat. She was clear and reassuring. She listened to my concerns attentively and suggested solutions and possibilities. She saw my cat over the phone and assessed her symptoms as well.

Dr Beck spent so much time with me, explaining her experience with my situation and giving great advice. It helped me not go down a route of expensive pet bills. Thank you!!

Dr Roulstone was amazing! She even followed up to see how we were doing! The quick access to professional help relieved SO much stress! Everything was smooth and easy to use. I am so thankful for this platform for helping me and my pup.

Samantha was amazing - she was saving someone else’s baby (emergency surgery) when we were supposed to meet, but got in touch, met us straight away and explained. She was compassionate and had all the info we needed to help our kitten…was also very personable and made our daughters fears evaporate.
