The payment was smooth, the thing which could be improved is that you need to wait some time before your credit are live....and it's not great!

I travel a lot for work and mainly use DialAnyone as a one-stop shop for data. For prolonged stays in some countries I can find competitive rates with eSims, but I usually have data left over or have to top up at the last minute and the conscious data-rationing behaviour I used to put myself through was just frustrating.
It's so much easier now, and absolutely perfect for transit layovers in foreign countries so I can stay connected anywhere.

I also have a US number set up with this service (i live overseas) and it finally FINALLY lets me receive SMSes for authentication unlike a few other providers I've tried before. Overall I'm super happy with the service. Some small quirks here and there with some design elements, but yeah, this app made my life way easier.

Overall, DialAnyone is useful and works well most of the time. The app can feel a little slow, and the call/text history is sometimes inconsistent. Calls can occasionally be unreliable too, but overall it’s a good service with some room for improvement.

DialAnyone has been a life saver for me. I was able to migrate numbers from Skype easily. The rates are super low for numbers as well as calls. And Jerry is amazing, always pushing the envelope improving site, service, and app. When I send suggestions what to improve, they take it seriously and that means users are being heard!

They ported over my US phone number from the defunct Skype, and I've been placing and receiving calls with no issues. Also, very reasonable pricing, and always a quick response from customer service.

Well, it's not a scam. However, the quality is not great. Every single time I tried to call in a different country I had issues. In many cases they couldn't hear me at all, in others the quality was just bad.

The calls are extremely clear and it doesn't come with the lag some WebRTC software comes with.

They are also super cheap. Like dirt cheap.

I don't know how Kyle and his team does it but it's been great so far.

I was a Skype user until it was discontinued so I needed a replacement VOIP for both a Windows laptop and iPad. I followed a Reddit thread and one person mentioned Dialanyone. They looked perfect for what I wanted; dedicated Canadian phone numbers available at a reasonable cost and a simple to use platform to make and receive phone calls and texts. I have happily used Dialanyone's VOIP service for almost 18 months and they have easily earned their 5 stars from me.

Initially I was hesitant and was afraid of it being a scam, but I have used it for about a year, and it's been great. I was able to port my US phone number and kept it at a very low price. The overall price for messaging/calling is low as well. The biggest surprise to me is the customer service. I once submitted a question/complaint, and to my surprise, I got a very detailed and honest response. They actually took my feedback, addressed it, and made immediate changes to the website. That was a first-ever experience in my life dealing with any company. And they are continuing making improvements, such as releasing an app, which is a big deal. I'm actually enjoying reading their marketing emails as they are actually relevant and useful.
