Easy experience, fast service. Only outfit to accept receivers was from Diabetics Trust and glad they did! Had to look elsewhere for sensors as their price quoted was lower than others by almost half

I discovered this company by Google AI. I was very apprehensive to send in my expensive CGMs to a company I never had dealings with before. I am writing this review today to assure this is a legitimate company. Customer service is friendly, quick to respond and knowledgeable. I sent my devices in and received quick payment within a week! Based off my experience I give Diabetics Trust 5 stars. I would definitely do business with them again.

I found diabetic trust by searching for websites that buy diabetic supplies. I then searched reviews of the website. The reviews were really good. I sent a email asking how they paid and asked about the labels on my pumps etc. The answered all my questions. I was still a little skeptical to be honest ( can never be to careful with your info and especially when it comes to the internet) but I gave it a shot. I put in which pumps I had and how many. They sent me a shipping label and I boxed them up and shipped them out. I can not remember exactly how long it was feom shipped out to getting paid but with in a week. They sent me text message saying payment had been processed via paypal ( I love paypal). I figured i would give it a day or 2. A woman called me and asked if I had received the payment while I was at work. I checked and it did not show. I told her I figured it would be a couple days. She gave me the number to talk to someone at paypal and see whats going on to let her know. I called and he said no payment. I reached out to her via email, telling her what they said and probably a hour later she said check again. The funds were in my paypal account. Very happy with my transaction.so much in fact when I have more which should be soon 🤞lol I will be doing my 2nd transaction. It really was easy. I was sooo skeptical. If you are like me and try and keep your self safe but have diabetic supplies you want to sell do not hesitate. Oh BTW when you are packing your products, wrap them extra good. Put stuff in the box to keep them from moving. I had a couple boxes that small rips in the corners because I did not pack it like I should have but they gave me a one time pass. So pack you stuff well! Bubble wrap it or something. The price goes down drastically for products that arent in perfect condition but they tell you that up front. Just pack it good real good 😅. Sorry I had to put that. Great website, would definitely recommend
