They charged two times and took 1 month to ship...
three weeks ago I thought let's give them a try but now I regret it. Here is my story:
1- Easyshop identified a non-flammable cooking torch as Gun! and a few earplugs as vitamins. As a result the held the shipment and didn't give a notice. This took 2-3 days.
2- They didn't follow up, and after I asked them why it is stuck, they said you have gun and medications! The culinary torch, even though had no canister and was completely safe, they said they still cannot ship it. It took them 2-3 days to fix their records.
3- They said we don't return it (even though they are a shipping company!) and you need to provide return label yourself. We provided return label. This took another day.
4- I asked them to ship the rest of the items while this item is being returned. They said no, we first need to ship this item, then we can start processing your request. They could have very easily cooperated and saved a few days but they chose not to cooperate.
5- They mistakenly thought the return label is incorrect and didn't return the item, until we had to go to the post office and get the confirmation that our return label was correct. This took another 2 days.
6- After 5 days, I saw that there are no status updates on my shipment. I asked them and they said, since you have a mobile phone and this mobile phone has a bettery, it will take 14 days instead of 4 days. They said we haven't shipped yet!
7- I asked can you separate the phone and ship the rest, they responded no we cannot do this.
With such poor service and such a long shipping time, the question is why do they charge so much?
I have paid 150$ including about 50$ handling fee. This whole thing could have been much cheaper and faster with less headache if I hadn't made the wrong decision to give them a try.
Never use this service.
