We are a wellbeing clinic in Worthing offering a variety of classes: pilates, yoga, mindfulness and meditation. We also offer a variety of massages, counselling and hypnotherapy. Our ethos is to look after the health and wellbing of the whole person; mind, body and soul. All our therapists and instructors have been trained to a very high standard in recognised colleges.

Amazing experience
I didn't know what to expect from a sports massage but the experience was amazing. I went with a lot of back and neck pain and wasn't moving freely, I thoroughly recommend Saifon to anyone who is in pain, she has treated me with kindness and understanding.

Absolutely amazing!!
I have come out feeling less tense and so relaxed. I didn’t realise how bad my body was until afterwards and I’m not in as much pain now! Can’t wait until my next appointment ☺️

90-minute sports Massage
I’ve just had my first 90-minute sports massage at the Dharma Clinic in the centre of Worthing and it was a first-class experience. The clinic is clean and spacious, with a décor that really helps create a relaxing atmosphere. My masseuse Saifon was excellent, applying great pressure on the deep tissue work and freeing up my tightest muscles. I would highly recommend Saifon and I will be returning for another massage very soon.

A hidden gem
A hidden gem, with fantastic, professional teachers and therapists, I really look forward to the classes. The Dharma Clinic have created a beautiful space too.
For £10 try one of their classes, your body will thank you!

The Clinic is welcoming and professional. There was literally nothing not to like, except how much my muscles were crying after the class finished! Fabulous class content - super pleased with the whole experience

Dharma Clinic - professional and personal
Dharma Clinic is a little piece of heaven in the centre of Worthing. Highly experienced yoga and pilates instructors, personal and yet very professional. Ilo e my work out there. The warm atmosphere embraces you immediately when you walk in. And the place is beautiful built and decorated. To me, it's the best yoga/pilates place in all of Worthing.

Didn't realise how bad I was post covid…
Didn't realise how bad I was post covid (and still struggling). Saifon gave me an awesome sports massage. Now I just need to get to the classes to improve my core strength again. All the instructors are amazing at Dharma Clinic and you will improve your physical and mental health as well as making new friends!

Simply amazing.
The receptionist was extremely helpful and made sure I felt at home throughout my experience.
I got myself a sports massage by a lady called Bonnie, she was amazing. With 40+ years under her belt in practical experience she is the god mother in my eyes. Very knowledgeable, walks you through what’s she’s doing and what muscles are linked together and how it will relieve tension just overall amazing. I would throughly recommend ! Very happy now long term customer!
