Terrible!
Please don't use this company. They were our conveyancing company attached to bettermove. Total lack of communication, messed our buyers about, they ended up having to rent an air b&b so they didn't lose their buyer. Very stressful. Their portal is terrible to, not user friendly and they never update it! Pointless. Do not use!
Negligent
Having previously written a glowing report for Dezrez (who handled sale perfectly ) they passed my purchase to another solicitor and her handling was so poor I would confidently claim she was negligent. After 3.5 months when she went off sick and the week I was meant to complete I discovered crucial documents/ information was missing. I nearly purchased a property I would never have been able to sell! Even so I lost 1.5k and 3.5 months to their mistakes.
Excellent Training
The training I received from Dafydd was excellent and met my requirements. The system seems to be user friendly. And now I have received my training I will be able to fully use the system effectively.

An Unhappy Termination
I’ve been a customer with Dezrez for 15 years and whilst I’ve only used selected parts of it, preferring to use our existing in house system, it has sufficed for my requirements.
The purpose of this review is to warn prospective clients that Rezi don’t offer any options other than a fixed two year contract followed by an automatic further two year contract which is subject to 60 days notice. Neither do they send out any reminder at all that the existing contract is coming up for renewal which was the least I would have expected from any company.
As a consequence having received an unexpected offer and sold my business I’m obliged to pay further 15 months subscription for precisely nothing
When I was closing down all the accounts, whilst every other company simply thanked me for my custom Rezi reminded me I was locked in until December 2025 end of.
I did send them a copy of this review to check its accuracy but they haven’t chosen to reply. Regrettably I couldn’t recommend this company, not because of their product but because of their attitude.
The perfect option for our National Sales Team
We have just started the onboarding process with Desrez and the whole experience has been first class so far. I was fortunate to have previously used their 'Rezi' Platform before and it is the prefect solution for our Sales Operation at Retirement Security. The support from Kayleigh, Dafydd and the whole team has been great and once we are ready we will be definitely be taking up the option of extra training. Thank you.

Excellent onboarding & support
We have only recently joined Rezi and have found the Onboarding & Support team to be extremely helpful and patient.
Rezi is very different from what we’ve been used to, yes it has been stressful, but Dafydd and Rhodri have always been there to guide us and always with a smile. I know at times I was on the phone a few times a day and never once did they make me feel like I was bothering them. Thank you!
It has taken a while for us all to get our heads around Rezi (as it was so different from our previous CRM) but we are now using it well and any issues are sorted out via the support team.

Simply the Best
Having used the"Competitors" CRMS previously, I had always found them developer-friendly, DezRez however I find it is completely the opposite.
All agents work in very different ways, but this system is malleable to every need I have, and if you find that it isn't just call up and they will show you how to make the system work for your needs.
Every question I have is answered over the telephone, no waiting for 20-plus minutes for an emailed response from someone who misunderstood what you needed.
It is the best member of staff i have as it never asks me to make a coffee :)
Great customer service
We've been using Rezi for a few years and I've always found the customer service very good. They offer regular training, and today we had a call from Rod (trainer) to check that we are happy with how things are going. Liam on the Helpdesk has also been very quick to respond to our issues (via the online ticket system). Having such strong customer backup has been invaluable.

Helpful new features and great customer support
Rezi is a huge improvement on Dezrez One with lots of new features. Brochure preparation is so much easier with fast uploads and I especially like how related documentation can be stored on each listing, which enhances communication between colleagues. Likewise for diary management.
Finally, Customer Support is very prompt and helpful and the library of support videos and explanations makes troubleshooting much easier.
All your information easily and efficiently found
We have been using Dez Rez for just over two years. Very happy with the system. A good tip given to us at our first Dez Rez training was you can source and navigate everything from the property name. The more you use it the more you can add and navigate the system. We especially like it for all our notes and milestones. Any other user within the company can access the history easily.

I have found working with Dezrez enjoyable, their systems are well thought through and fit for purpose. Should there be a problem there is always a quick fix as well as access to a helpline or speedy online chat service to lead you through and to resolve any technical issues which may arise. The proactive approach can be evidenced by Dezrez constantly providing webinars with updates or just reminding or enlightening users about various tips on how best to use the platform.
